Location

This comfortable club hotel is situated close to the town centre, within metres of the beautiful Mediterranean waters. The beach, shops, bars and pubs as well as a nightclub are within 700 metres of the hotel. The nearest train station is just 200 m away, as is a restaurant.

Facility

The 135 rooms and 92 apartments have a pleasant, inviting atmosphere. 8 bungalows and 4 villas/houses offer even more space and comfort. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, a transfer service, 24-hour room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and hire service. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available. Larger events can be organised with the help of the conference service.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and central heating ensure comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. For a fee, extra beds or children's beds can be provided for little travellers. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station, dishwasher and freezer. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy cycling/mountain biking and tennis. For a fee, golf is also available. Water sports offered include diving, and snorkelling is available for a fee. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, billiards, squash, yoga, aerobics and pilates. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments, Ayurveda treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: anti-ageing treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café, a bar, a lobby bar and a piano bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A generous breakfast buffet, a lunch à la carte and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The complex also offers special catering options.

    This hotel was a super find in Mallorca. The rooms, though basic, are very comfortable and have everything you need. The team are amazing and are so lovely. Breakfast is fantastic - so much choice and very good quality. We loved the corner of the buffet that was Mallorcan - we tried lots of local foods. We also had one lunch and dinner there and the food was really good. We were a group made up of young and older travellers and having two bedrooms worked really well for our situation.Arrival drink and cava at breakfast were also nice touches.The port is also really nice and busy with some great places to eat very nearby. I very much recommend this hotel!     We absolutely love staying at the pergola, i can't count how many times we have stayed here it is the most perfect hotel. And the staff are incredible they go above and beyond and make us have a wonderful holiday. Already booked again and counting the days!!!     Lovely hotel & really helpful, friendly staff. Food is exceptional & guests can also use the facilities of their sister hotel Mon Port. Location is perfect, very quiet & and an easy walk to the port where there are plenty of shops, cafés etc. Big shout out to Gabriel who went above & beyond to sort out a problem we had with our rooms. Would definitely recommend.
