    Great little hotel friendly staff cheap and cheerful don't expect to much but comfy and clean stayed for 4 nights (two is enough) very noisy at night (germans) football week.great location beach across street.did not do food room only.arenal is not cheap

    2 star! The hotel was spotless, every day clean bedding, towels and cleaned from top to bottom. English, no. Germans are so rude. It was like Bulins, I was the only english person there by myself. Never again!! Avoid if you are English!!!!!

    Not sure what other people were expecting, but we found this hotel had all we wanted for a really good price. Staff were really helpful and friendly, hotel and rooms cleaned daily, good sized room, lovely breakfast, located about a hundred metres from the sea front. Not five star, but great value.Free internet in lobby. Easy transfer from airport on 21 bus for 5 euros and get off at last stop.No tea or coffee in room so bring your travel kettle if you need it

    I stayed at the Hotel Leblon last month. It is a cheap hotel, but clean. There are no pictures on the walls (NBD, I guess), no towel racks and the maid took our shower mat the first day and never replaced it. Internet is free in the lobby, but you pay extra to have it in your room. There was a TV, but no remote; I imagine that we could have rented that as well. The same for a mini-fridge. There was a bar in the lobby and beverages in a cool that you could purchase, although we favored using the convenience store just across the street for the variety and better prices. Breakfast was included, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was quite well stocked. Fruit, cereals, meats, cheeses, breads, yogurt, juices and all types of coffee. It was the end of the season so they were starting to close up. Maybe that is why the swimming pool had cigarette butts on the bottom. Yuck! Great location, just a block from the beach. Overall, worth it.

    We booked four days mum daughter and grandma booked room with balcony in triple room when arrived at hotel given small room no balcony and one small window went to see reception and told only room left as booked up the breakfast was a joke the pool was like a paddling pool in garden . And we asked about keeping room as on late flight no room and no place to have shower or wash hotel was a waste of a holiday we would never recommend this hotel to anyone for ok cheap but the place must be fit to use three cramped up in room waste of time don't stay in this hotel pure rubbish dated 15 Sept 17
