Facility

The hotel has 77 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by 3 lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a cash machine and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service on request, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the queen-size bed. There is also a safe and a desk or, for an additional fee, a minibar. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower. A vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are provided. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Going for a swim at the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas, is a great way to relax. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including tennis, golf, paddle tennis, fishing and horse riding. With jet skiing, sailing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include yoga and pilates. Steam bath, beauty salon and massage treatments are available in the wellness area. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a bar and a lobby bar. Catering is provided by an à-la-carte restaurant with air conditioning (for non-smokers). A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We visited the island of Mallorca for 5 days and stayed at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel in Port Portals, about 10 km from the city of Palma. At the reception, after completing the necessary procedures, the very polite employee asked us to pay the full amount for our stay in advance. I don't like this practice at all, which seems to be common in Spanish hotels. We did so, although since they have my credit card, I consider it a lack of trust in the customer. The Deluxe room we had booked was excellent, spacious, with a nice view. The hotel is in a very good location and generally well maintained. It has good facilities and also offers a very good breakfast. It also has free parking right in front of the entrance, which is very convenient. The distance to walk to Port Portals is about 10 minutes. The natural environment is beautiful, the restaurants are good, with good service and... outrageously expensive. And yet, they are full. However, if you don't want to eat pizza, you will pay a very high price for your meal. We had a small issue with the TV channels at the hotel. Only the Spanish channels were available. We mentioned this to the reception, and they told us that they would open the channels in other languages, but this only happened with the German-language channels. I wonder, since they have so many foreign customers, why they don't have free foreign-language channels. We didn't go to the island to swim. We went to explore it. And it is a wonderful island. With excellent roads, where you can get anywhere easily and quickly. With beautiful landscapes, sights, and good service. Apart from the well-known Valdemossa, we would also recommend the very impressive Alcudia and Port d'Alcudia, where we had an excellent meal at half the price of the restaurants in Port Portals. Overall, we had a great time. The hotel is excellent overall, and we would like to stay there again next time.     Wonderful small super well looked after hotel in a perfect location to the port, literally a 5 minute walk and only 15 minutes from the airport. On departure we were from the hotel and through in to departures in 29 minutes!Lovely pool area with small bar offering all you could need and an excellent lunch menu with quick and efficient service. The buffet breakfast was also ideal, with a lovely selection, particularly continental with fresh omelettes to order, it was also lovely to be able to sit outside by the pool.Rooms were perfectly equipped and set out with all you need and the hotel itself was exceptionally clean. They also had a great work station area in reception which I found super useful!All staff from arrival to departure were helpful, friendly and welcoming.     Excellent break away

    Just back from 4 nights couples break and was fantastic. Hotel lovely, staff helpful and polite. We was upgraded when we got there and the room was spot on, clean, big, plenty of storage, bit quirky with the shower but no a problem. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice. Portal nous is a bit quiet and upmarket, harbour very nice but maybe a bit more pricey. A few lovely restaurants a bit further away, moo moos is a most and also ll tano. Delicious food from both. Palma and palma nova are both easily accessible, we took a taxi which the hotel ordered for us at very reasonable price. Beach 10 minutes walk away which was small and nice with sandy beach, good for snorkelling or just a leisurely swim. Very clean all round.
