  Stunning Hotel ,really delighted with all of the activities and cleanliness, friendliness , attention to detail . Kindness , quality of the room and food , Victoria and Leri on reception are exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable and kind . We really were made to feel extra special . Dani and Alberto on the entertainment team are brilliant . The kayaking is so much fun and really worthwhile. This hotel feels more like a 5star . The entertainment in the evening is also really worth being part of . We would love to return soon .   Lovely break in the Sun

  Visited Mid April 2026 with my wife and 15 year old daughter. Upon arrival in the early hours was welcomed by reception staff and give an option to visit the restaurant where a bread, cheese and fruit platter had been left for those guests arriving out of hours.Seaview one bed suite was clean and comfortable although a little noisy due to thin walls.Terrace area was clean and tidy with plenty of Sun loungers available. Pool was ice cold but probably because we were visiting early in the season.Staff very attentive and Mohammed on the lounge bar was very friendly ( Sports available on the Bar TV)Dani was fantastic encouraging you to join in the day entertainment but no pressure. Darts, Rifle Shooting, Archery and kayaking included. Evening entertainment not rally for us but was on offer if you fancied it although did Win the Bingo!!One down side… although the hotel hold your Credit Card details upon arrival you cannot charge any Bar / Snack Bar items to your room and pay on departure. You need to pay as you go.   A fantastic stay

  If I could give ten stars I would! What a great hotel this is. I’ve stayed previously a few years ago when it was under different ownership and equally enjoyed it, though prices now seem to be more competitive.We had a suite for three of us and wow!! That view from our room is simply wonderful. Cleaning is A1, facilities in the hotel excellent with lots of books and crannies. Danni in entertainment works his socks off and is such a great team member. Thanks for the bingo wins Danni from your three Geordie ladies. Reception staff were very professional and helpful.   Overall good but can be noisy

  Overall we found this good for what we paid as an Easyjet holiday. Rooms are clean and simple and you do get a balcony. It is a noisy hotel- even in April. You can hear everything through the thin walls. We were near a staircase so definitely needed noise cancelling earplugs! Otherwise the room was fine. A fridge you can use anda good shower. We were 1-2 board (not AI) and the food choice and quality was above average in our opinion. Staff at mealtimes are lovely. On arrival there is water in the room but this doesn’t get refilled. Tea and coffee plus kettle- teabags don’t get refilled but they have them at BF. Helpful front desk and you can book late check out for a fee. The location is really Magaluf (study map and you’ll see)but you can easily walk thePalma Nova direction instead. Easy buses into Palma etc (although very crowded so be prepared to stand). Lovely mix of nationalities- UK, German, French , Spanish and more - we like a mix and to hear a variety of languages.   Fabulous holiday with a stunning view

  We visited the Leonardo Royal, Palmanova bay last summer on a family holiday. As a family of 5, hotel options are more limited but this one was a great find.The hotel is very clean and quite modern, our room was lovely and whilst not overly spacious, there was enough room for us all with wardrobe space and comfortable beds.We went bed and breakfast and the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice for everyone (churros and pancakes were a big hit with the kids!) having a small kitchenette was ideal for preparing lunches and on an evening, we ate out in Palmanova where this is plenty of choice of fantastic restaurants.The view over Palmanova bay is absolutely stunning, we had a partial seaview (gorgeous view of the bay to the left but obscured by trees to the right).What we weren't expecting was the range of daily activities, our kids absolutely loved archery, air rifle shooting, darts, table tennis and kayaking and it gave them plenty to do each day. The only downside for us was that the children weren't able to use inflatables in the pool so we had to take them to the beach instead.Do not be put off by the reviews complaint about the uphill walk, yes the hotel is up a hill so coming back from Palmanova, you do have to walk up hill, but unless you have mobility issues, this really isn't an issue, my children were 6, 9 and 10 at the time and they never moaned about the walk once.We had a fabulous holiday and would absolutely return!
