Location

The hotel is located in the centre of Palma de Mallorca, just a few metres from all the major streets and squares of the city, including the shopping streets of Sant Miquel, Olms, Ramblas, Cort Square, Plaza Mayor and Plaza España, as well as the island's commercial centre and the cathedral. From the hotel guests can easily visit all the attractions that Mallorca has to offer, such as white sandy beaches, magnificent golf courses, mountain villages and other places attractive to tourists. Palma de Mallorca International Airport is around 10 km from the hotel.

Facility

Guests receive a warm welcome at the hotel. 32 rooms, including 3 junior suites and 27 double rooms, are available. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Stunning hotel right in the centre of everything which makes it the perfect location. 15 minutes away from the airport which makes it even better! The atmosphere in the hotels own courtyard was gorgeous. Delicious drinks and cocktails to choose from with a relaxed feel. On arrival we had a welcome glass of Cava which was a lovely touch. I booked this trip as a surprise for my boyfriend so on the Friday when it was his birthday, they also gave us another glass of Cava with breakfast as a treat which was very kind! We booked the ‘Cosy’ room and it definitely wasn’t as described. By this, I mean in the best way! It was so spacious and immaculately clean! Great shower with the rainfall shower head. The only thing I would say is that they only provide water for the room when you arrive. They don’t replenish it for you. Other than that, it was an absolutely perfect stay! Breakfast was good. Not a huge choice but had the usual continental selection, a small hot selection and the coffee was very nice! Overall, I’d HIGHLY recommend staying here if you’re visiting Palma!

    A Quirky European Boutique Hotel

    The Corte Ingles Palma map lists this as a four-star hotel, and that's about right. Pros include excellent location tucked away from San Miguel, convenient to train station and medieval center of Palma. Many dining options in the area. Good beds and a lovely courtyard to sit in if the weather is nice. Restauarant attached to hotel does a good dinner. Quiet. Generally helpful staff.Minuses: Rooms are somewhat sparsely furnished and feel a bit tired. The breakfast buffet, run by the same restauarant that does dinner, was wildly uneven. This is not the hotel's fault--the restaurant is run by a different organization--but it was a real negative of our experience.Things to note: like most European boutiques, the rooms are somewhat smaller than what most Americans are used to. Also, this is not a good choice if you have impaired mobility. You need to be able to climb stairs, even to get into the hotel; there is no elevator.

    Great location right in the centre of the old town. 10 mins from the historic train and bus to the airport. Minutes from great coffee shops and restaurants. Spacious rooms, quality linen and towels. Be sure to not have a room on the ground floor near the garage as it’s noisy. The hotel kindly moved is after the first night. The hotel restaurant was popular and charming.

    Great place to stay in Palma

    Just come back form 10 nights in Palma where we stayed at this hotel. We had a great time. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We hired a car for 3 days which they arranged for us. They have a garage, so parking the car was fine. The hotel is well positioned a 15 min walk through the old town to the cathedral. We had breakfast included in our stay which was very good, lots of continual breakfast choices with eggs and bacon aswell. We also ate at the hotel, both inside and in the lovely courtyard area outside. The food was wonderful, good size plates for sharing. I am gluten free and this was catered for at breakfast and while having a meal. Thank you for a great stay.

    Okay for a few nigths stay (but get proper duvet covers!)

    Very central location, right next to the shopping street. The room was fine, not as nice as expected but ok for a few nights stay. The most annoying thing was the bed sheets, which were a blanket between two sheets, not a proper duvet cover. It was so nasty to wake up and realise you were touching the blanket without a cover🤢 I think the breakfast has gone some change for worse according to the reviews. It was very poor for the prize (20€ pp) so we ate in the near cafes for the same price (smoothies, bowls, avocado toasts etc).
