Location

This apartment complex is located at the heart of the tourist centre of Magalluf just 200 m from the nearest beautiful sandy beach. A selection of shopping and entertainment venues are to be found in the vicinity, as is the largest nightclub in Europe, the BCM. Well worth a visit are the towns of Palma Nova and Torrenova as well as the island's capital of Palma is just 20 min away. There is a stop for the public bus service to be found just in front of the complex and Palma de Mallorca airport is about 22 km away and can be reached in just 30 minutes.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 108 apartments located in two 9-storey buildings with lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park (no extra charge). Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. All kitchenettes come with a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. Other features include a telephone and WiFi (no extra charge). Bathrooms are equipped with a shower. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. The apartment complex has 108 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The sports and entertainment facilities at the complex ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. There are many ways to relax or stay active in the complex, including golf, billiards, a spa and a solarium. A dance club offers fun and entertainment.

    Absolutely horrible….room was dirty and falling apart which wasn’t a great start…smell of piss everywhere!!! I’m all for once a hotel is clean and safe but this hotel was neither…was woken up to a 50 year old man picking the lock of our door and let himself in and quickly left when me and my friend on the sofa bed shouted a boys name (complete random name out of instinct we were all girls alone in the room) We packed our bags and left with 2 nights left. Please don’t go here if you have no men with you I can’t stress enough this hotel is not safe!!!!!

    The place is an absolute nightmare. Dirty, smelly, grim and it feels like a prison room. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. £200 deposit and a letter with the costs of damage on with some quite frankly ridiculous costs, £60 for a towel as an example of the sheer scale of this disaster of a hotel. Only positive is the location which is near the beach and strip if you are here for the nightlife. If you are coming with family DO NOT come here what do ever. Couldn’t genuinely think of anything worse to stay. The photos on numerous different apps are a complete and utter scam not a single one shows the true extent of this place. The actual rooms themselves have crappy cardboard mattresses and a single pillow with a sheet as a cover, the toilets are falling apart and the showers barely works. For your own sake and sanity do not come here you will regret it.

    Hotel was fine in general, all you needed really. However when checking in, we had to wait over 4 hours for our room to be ready due to a lack of “cleaning staff”. There were piles of people waiting for their room, which when eventually ready took ages to work through the back log! Staff gave no updates of when the room would be ready, not a good start to the holiday! We did have 2 cockroaches on the 6th floor! Other than that no complaints but the checking in ruined the start of our getaway! I do have to say the male receptionist that was on during the night was absolutely amazing!

    We stayed here a week, we knew what we had booked and didn’t hope for anything special, for the very accessible price, it’s fine. The apartments are ok, they definitely need a little maintenance, there is a strong smell coming out of the shower, and it’s generally a little under-kept and dirty, but nothing that we didn’t already know. The pool is nice, and the staff is very kind.

    You get what you pay for. I am just home from a stag do that I organised myself, and even I was beginning to have doubts with all the bad reviews I was reading beforehand.We had a party of 12 with 3 rooms and there were no complaints from anyone, this included 4 older gentlemen who were comfortable enough to spend the four nights happily. You have everything on your doorstep that you need.Brilliant supermarket on site, excellent pool area with very welcoming, kind staff. Perhaps we got lucky with the rooms, but all I can do is speak from experience and I had an absolute blast of a time.Thank You.
