  The best place for Schläger filled summer nights in Europe. We were here to join mates on holiday in Mallorca. Though we also wanted a place far from the noise of the discotheques of the night life. This is a great place to rest and recover!

  Worst "hotel" ever

  We had looked forward to our vacation in Mallorca, but never could our fantasy even imagine that our tour-operator would place an adult couple like us at this terrible hotel. The area Arenal is for youngsters from 16-23 for partying and binge drinking. We immediately felt misplaced. The rooms were not ready for check-in when we arrived and we had to wait 2-3 hours. No room for luggage so it was placed outside the public restrooms in the lobby area. One of these restrooms was out of order and hand-dryer out of order and replaced by a dirty towel.Went to the pool while waiting for a room...a pool with slightly yellow water...not filled up to the waterline. Sunbeds without padding our mattresses. No place to hide from the sun except one umbrella. Dirty area around the pool. Disgusting and we never used it again after these two hours after arrival. Unfriendly staff in reception showing no interest what so ever in their guests wellbeing. Creditcards not accepted as payment, only cash, which explains anyone in 2016 that this hotel has a bad credibility.All public areas dirty, stairs and hallways with dirty carpets. No sound-isolation in this hotel so we could heat our room-neighbours breathe or sneeze. No sleep-quality at all. No lamps or lanterns outside the hotel so it looked like a ghosthouse at night. Dead flowers in pots outside and inside the hotel Room 207 had "view" towards the very busy street with extremely heavy traffic 24 hours. Balcony soaked in water from airconditioning. Room was dirty with hair on floors and bathroom from former guests, bedbugs in corners and under bed and dust everywhere. Aircondition full of dirt. Just one lamp in the room made reading in bed impossible and hardly manageable ever to stay in the room except for sleeping after dark as we could not see anything in there . One bedside table missing, no hangers for clothes in the closet. Telephone not working; small TV placed in the ceiling. Dangerous outlet for electrumicity in the bathroom is a safety- issue we reported to our tour-operator as it could have caused severe accidents. No emergency- exit- guidance in the room and we felt trapped in a dangerous place. This was also reported to our tour-operator, but nothing was done to fix it. We immediately knew we did not want to stay at this terrible place, but it took our tour-operator 4 days to find us another hotel.I travel for a living and I have stayed in LOTS of simple hotels and hostels, so trust me, you don't want to stay at this hotel.

  When we arrived late friday night it took almost two hours before we got our room. The room had two beds, one you couldn't sleep in, the feathers in the madrass was to hard. The shower was broken, and it fell down at the head several times. One morning we woke up someone knocking at the door, the maid, who wanted to clean the room. We've read that the hotel had e simple gym, and that's totally wrong. There were just a couple of machines, you can't call it a gym.The portier was really nice and helpful, but still, we will never go back to this hotel.

  The hotel was, in general, very good. The pool was big, breakfast great, the cleaning good and the staff was really nice.The beach was not too far away and behind the hotel there was an aquatic park.We spent an enjoyable holiday.

  If you do not like dust avoid this this hotel. The carpets, the Chairs in the breakfastroom, it all looks like it is at least five years since it has been cleaned. The beds are ok, else it is very little nice to say about this hotel.The coffeemachine in the reception was out of function most of our stay (31. og August-7.th of September).
