    We have just spent a night at this lovely hotel. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel has a roof terrace with a jacuzzi which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed a very tasty continental breakfast. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful.

    A rather small and intimate hotel right in the middle of Port de Pollenca, close to everything. Nice and helpful staff in reception and restaurant. The rooms ending with 4 are located on the corner, with both street and sea/port view. Good standard in general, perhaps not a completely 4-star. Comfy beds and pillows. Fridge and kettle with tea/coffee.The breakfast was nice, but the selection wasn't the greatest. (Due to lack of space I guess.) They have a bicycle parking, but it was allowed to park it on the balcony as well. Good!It's a lively street below (the one with O'hara's and Tecun bar). The doors/windows are solid, so I didn't mind the night life. But if you're a light sleeper, you might be better of with a room facing Carrer de Formentor. Two cons: - I missed a rack on the balcony for drying clothes. - My door badly needed a fix. It was nearly impossible to close it without a big bang. It sounded like most doors were like this. And, the fridge in 204 needs a cleaning...Overall a nice stay. A good hotel, cheaper than most others.

    Not fit for purpose, impossible to sleep

    Unfortunately it is not possible to sleep here, the noise coming in from the pub downstair and the bars on the street is at 50 decibel, not even earplugs would help as they cover only 30 decibel. This horel is not any cheap and I may nned to sleep at the beach tonight as here is clearly impossible. I am very disappointed as they should say clearly this hotel is not for sleeping, is only for those people who stay out until all bars close. Funny enough the name of the hotel is “ calm”, which is what you will NOT find here.

    This was the second time we've stayed at the hotel- previously around five years ago- and I'm delighted to report it's as good as ever. Terrific staff, lovely rooms and one of the best locations in Pollensa- everything was more than excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for good value and quality service.     It's incredibly noisy. There are bars right outside the hotel and even when you are inside the staff are loud as there is a bar downstairs. I asked them to keep the noise down at 11 but they didn't, so if you're on the first floor you will be kept up. We are also sorry to hear that your rest and sleep has been disturbed by the noise caused by some of the nearby bars and restaurants. However, we would like to point out and inform you that the hotel bar closes at 12 midnight, after which time we always close. You say that at 11 o'clock you went downstairs because there was noise in our facilities. I imagine that there must have been by other hotel guests, as being such a small hotel, there is only one person working per shift. If our other guests were enjoying a drink during opening hours, please understand that we cannot close an hour before closing time to please one guest, to the detriment of everyone else. Finally, we would like to point out that the noise to which you refer is both occasional and typical of some tourist resorts at certain times. Not everything can be positive when you have such a central location.We hope that you decide to visit us again in a future
