  It was a great experience and place to be. You don’t get bored and we had so much fun with the animation activity🥳especially the girl who was making us feel nice and welcomed.We will deffinetly come back🫶🏼

  We had an excellent experience at this hotel! The entire staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The atmosphere was wonderful, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay.Special thanks to Georgiana Tudorache, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and always smiling. She truly made our experience even more enjoyable!We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay and great service.

  Came as 2 adults with 2 children under 5 years old. Pros - staff were friendly and helped where they could - good activities for children (T-shirt painting and movie night) - close to shops and beachCons- no lifts so had to carry suitcases and buggy up the flight of stairs - very annoying - food was very bland and inconsistent, lacked variety. Hairs in the desert - a staff member left their Invisalign by the entrance in the dining hall - left for days! Very unhygienic - cleaning staff didn't clean room properly - drinks were very watered down. - WiFi slow Great weather in May and would recommend going to Cala ferrera beach and the local night market. Hotel could have been better

  We have spent just over a week at this hotel and this has been our first time to Majorca. We have really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely visit Majorca again as it is a beautiful island and the beaches are lovely. We would rate the hotel 3.5/5 stars overall.Pros -- Really friendly and helpful staff in all departments- The entertainment team were great and put in a lot of effort for the activities and we could tell they really enjoy their jobs- Our room (block I, second floor) was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. Our room was just above the stage so we did hear the noise when the music was on but the music stops at 11pm every night and the noise didn't bother us personally as we usually went to bed after - The kids splash pool is brilliant and my daughter loved it- Although there were some sunbed hoggers (which happens everywhere), we still managed to find at least a couple of sunbeds free at various points throughout the days (although we did stay the week before half term) - The beach is only a 5 min walk away (although the access across the hotel is via steps)- Pool towels can be rented from the hotel for a deposit of 10 euros which is refundable when the towel is returned- Communal showers are available to use for late return flights with towels and toiletries provided- Good entertainment on throughout the day and night - Overall the hotel had a really nice family vibeCons - Unfortunately the food let the hotel down. For a 4* hotel, we found the food to be quite low quality and not as much variety at the restaurant. The snack bar wasn't the best either and had mostly junk food and just didn't feel very hygienic. The pizza was really nice however.- The water pressure in our room wasn't great, on one of the days we had no running water. We reported this to reception and the issue was fixed within a few hours but overall throughout our holiday, the water pressure was poor and the temperature of the shower was not consistent We also observed that many people abandoned their pool floaties/beach toys by the splash pool and these were left in the same spot for several days. I would suggest to the hotel to set up a dedicated area for unwanted floaties/beach toys so that these can be reused.Nevertheless, we have had a lovely holiday and would definitely return to Majorca but we would try a different hotel next time.

  Very basic, poor hygiene hotel

  I have to say the only positive was some staff were friendly but the overall experience was very poor. Despite having 2 children under 5 they gave us the 3rd floor with no lifts when we asked for ground or second floor. So if traveling with young kids be aware. The all inclusive food was poor with hair in the food very basic. Mainly chips and pizza with a very poor selection/variety. The canteen get so busy around peak time that no tables left. So you have to go very early. The lifeguard would not let my 5 year old use a float in the pool as it was too “big” but was only as big for a 5 year old! There were a set of teeth retainers left on the main entrance of canteen- unhygienic! The rooms weren’t cleaned properly to decent standard so we ended up cleaning our rooms aswell. I wouldn’t pay for all inclusive as we ate out anyway. The splash park is stressful as there was never enough sun loungers so a lot of parent had to sit on chairs. I wouldn’t pay avoid and find a better family hotel.
