Location

The hotel is located 100 m from the sandy beach, and the closest cities are Pollensa (8 km) and Alcúdia (10 km). It is also within easy reach of supermarkets, bus stops, shops, bars, restaurants and the city centre. Distance from the hotel to: Roman Ruins (10 km), S'Albufera National Park (6 km) and PMI Airport (70 km).

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2022. Guests receive a warm welcome at the hotel. 32 junior suites and 84 suites are available. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service, a car hire service, a transfer service, a smoke alarm and a lounge. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Rooms

    Very good - hard to find fault. Pool excellent - higher disabled sunbeds which were excellent for those with movement disabilities. - room K04 very near the pool as you come in, could drive the mobility scooter straight into the room - shower best ever, powerful and warm if needed - food very good, staff incredibly friendly - some weekday entertainment tue/thu/sat - very comfortable bed - highly recommend.     This is a superb property which we have returned to for the third time due to its relaxed atmosphere, excellent service and wide selection of food. Whilst its a buffet service there is so much choice and a la carte options three times a week to ensure there is something a bit different to try. The staff are super friendly and make you feel very welcome from the arrival drink to the discount offered for return visits. We will be back I'm sure.     We love everything about this hotel & have booked another stay in October. Rooms are a good size & always spotless & in excellent condition. We’d like to say an enormous thank you to Adina who cleaned for us & even bought us fresh water on the alternate days when she didn’t have to clean. We think the cleaning only on every other day is such a good idea although you can choose every day if you prefer. Food is always freshly cooked & beautifully displayed & I always enjoy the À la carte evenings. Staff are always friendly & so helpful even recognising return guests warmly.     Fabulous Hotel & Staff

    Hubby & I stayed at MarSenses Puerto Pollensa for 10 days in May and we enjoyed every second of our stay, it was faultless from beginning to end. Our room B12 was spacious, spotless & very quiet, just as we'd requested. It had everything we needed including a fridge.The beds were comfortable ( we had twin beds which was a bit disappointing) and we slept well. The air conditioning was really good too & we were grateful for it. The whole staff team were wonderful including the reception team who gave us the warmest welcome.Staff clearly love working at this hotel, the whole vibe of the place radiates serenity, happiness & positivity. The food was good quality, plentiful & beautifully displayed but after 10 days we found it a bit repetitive. The desserts however were delicious & we loved the crepes suzette night when chef cooked them fresh for us on his show stand. All in all this is a very special hotel run by an incredible team and we can't wait to return.     Back having visited it sister hotel last year. The hotel and staff were first class and so friendly. Rooms spacious and bed very comfortable. Excellent choice in restaurant. Good entertainment but only every other night. Plenty sunbeds and not selfish booking as was the case at times in the past.
