Location

This apartment hotel is located in the tourist resort of Palma Nova, about 250 m from the beach, a few metres from the resort centre and about ten minutes from Puerto de Punta.     Just got back from a wonderful stay at Martha's apartments. It was perfect for me and my family. Lovely staff, extremely clean, great location. Always sun loungers available around the pool. Supermarket a few minutes walk away.Thanks so much to Alex and the rest of the team, we will be back!

    Very Spacious Apartment with Seperate Bedroom, Well equiped kitchen Large bathroom. Large balcony looked on to car park but didnt bother us, Comfortable bed and pillows, Plenty of hot water, Clean sheets changed twice in a week and plenty of towels, Reasonable Clean, Nice pool and Plenty of sun loungers and some parasols. Had a Bar but didnt serve food, Staff all very plesent Helpful. Quite area Some little coves and places to eat and bars, Bus stop at the top of the road and taxi ranks, Tenminute walk into palma nova, Would recommend A stay Here,

    Second time for me at this small Apartment hotel.This is a very average accommodation. I will give you a hint you should know.Bad beds. AC does not work in May anyway. Low water pressure. Never staff at the reception, although mobile surfing somewhere in the area. Bad selection in the "bar". Cold pool.This should be easy to rectify. The rooms are worn but still charming and practical. The internet also works sporadically. Mercandona is close if you plan to make breakfast.The location is great, although there is some disturbing traffic.Balcony is big and you are allowed to store your cycle there.

    Having read mixed reviews, decided to give these apartments a chance. Very glad we did. Although a little dated, the apartment was equipped with all that we needed. Comfortable beds and modern bathroom with waterfall shower. Cooking facilities were limited, but who wants to cook on holiday! Perfectly adequate for breakfast, and a few restaurants very close by, as was a small beach with choice of 3 restaurants. Location was ideal, quiet, and easy walk to the centre, about 10 minutes. Large supermarket nearby. Lovely pool, not busy, so no issue with sunbeds. Staff very helpful, apartment clean and regular supply of clean towels. Only downside was lack of air conditioning, which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep. We didn't make an issue of this, but something that could be looked at.Overall, we had a great 10 night stay, would definitely recommend and would return if in the area again.
