This hotel is located minutes away from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel ' Alcudia Beach, Cala Salada Beach and Plaza Mayor de Palma.

Was nice to see the rooms were updated! Enjoyed our stay! Friendly staff...😊 It was modernized and very clean. We hadn't been there in about 4 years.

I was horrified by the conditions at your West Springfield location on March 1. The driveway was littered with trash, windows had ripped curtains, and inside was even worse—guests were leaving with their belongings in garbage bags, the lobby was filthy, and unsupervised kids ran wild.To top it off, the front desk clerk was missing. When she finally appeared, I asked about my early check-in request. It was noon, and I just wanted to see if a room was available. She rudely told me check-in wasn’t until 3 PM, early check-in wasn’t allowed, and my payment was non-refundable.I wouldn’t have stayed there if it were free. We immediately left and booked another hotel, yet I was still charged. This place is a disgrace and should not bear the Quality Inn name. I demand a full refund. If this isn’t resolved, I will escalate my complaint to corporate and review platforms.

Unfortunately, during the weekend when we were sold out from the night before, we would not be able to accommodate early check in or show any rooms when the rooms were dirty. Typically we see room cleaned and ready by 2PM on weekends. Guests leaving with belongings in garbage bags is something we do not have control over since we do not dictate how a guest should transport their belongings or keeping their children in check when they are in public area. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and unfortunately we would not be able to assist on the refund since we do not have the credentials. Was a little nervous with the mixed reviews. But I would say that it was not a bad place to stay. We only stayed one night to go to the Big E. The front desk was very nice and gave us good directions to avoid the traffic. The beds were not very comfortable but its not a 5 star hotel and fancy. I would probably only stay here a weekend. The breakfast was really good.

Great place to stay overnight and close to a Costco

Very friendly staff at the front desk and at hot breakfast. Desk manager even made a fresh carafe of coffee for me when I went down in the evening and the existing one was empty. This was a pleasant experience after another unpleasant experience at a quality inn in Beckley, West Virginia on the last day of January, 2024 when the hotel staff were told to throw out and discontinue breakfast offerings as of Feb 1, 2024. We and others could not believe such action by management. Made a note never to stay there again.

The room was nice, good AC, very comfortable bed and a big screen tv. Small clean bathroom. No chairs for the balcony though it was too hot outside to use anyhow. Impressive breakfast buffet that's very well maintained from 7-10 in a clean cafeteria. Overall its an old building (that needs better langscaping) with a plain lobby and small hot elevators. It does have a small pool and tiny gym though i didnt use it, and the snack/soda/ice machines were well stocked. The staff and manager are very nice but the front desk host wasnt welcoming and seems she doesnt want to be there (both weekends we stayed) and it one point there was no one there to ask for a door tag.It's fine for the price but it youre seeking Quality this isnt it.
