    This is our second time to stay at the Melia Palma Bay. Loved the spacious room with view over toward the harbour. Very clean and well appointed. Lovely Rituals toiletries. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Special thank you to Pete for being so kind and helpful ❤️ Mina was also particularly friendly and kind, made us feel very welcome and makes the best omelette 😍Great gym but we ran on the front in the mornings. We love the location. Across the road from the beach and great places to eat as well as a very well stocked mini supermarket. One mile walk to the beautiful cathedral Bus stop directly outside which is so handy. Overall a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stay.     Great hotel, definitely recommend!

    We have just stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. We cannot fault a single part of our stay, everything was perfect. Every member of staff we met was polite helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool and bar was perfect, there were always loungers and the lifeguard was great. Breakfast was good, lots of choice and varied each day. Our room was comfortable, clean and well stocked. We used the spa which was also lovely. The hotel was clean and looked brand new, none of the walls were scuffed or furniture worn. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again.     Good location, clean and comfortable hotel

    Nice hotel in good location if you like walking. 20 minute walk along prom into old town for shops and restaurants.Hotel pool was closed for maintenance during out stay though it looked nice enough.Well worth booking or upgrading to The Level our room was spacious with a nice terrace with sea view. Access to Level lounge for drinks and snacks a great bonus. Hotel room spotless with nice comfy bed, good size bathroom and liked the Rituals products.     Super hotel. Helpful friendly staff. Spacious room and bathroom- very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast selection. Just one stop from airport on A1 bus for 4.5 euros. Right opposite promenade walk to city or Portixol so well located. Approximately 25 minutes walk from old town. Would love to return at some point.
