Location

This complex is located right on the seafront in the heart of the entertainment area of Palm Beach, plus it is surrounded by all kinds of cafés and restaurants and is just 500 metres from the nearest links to the public transport network. Only a 10-minute walk from the establishment, guests will find the most famous nightlife area of Playa de Palma, with Ballermann 6, the Riu Center and Strasse Bier and some of the best nightclubs on the island such as the Riu Palace and MegaPark. It is 1 km to the nearest shops and Palma de Mallorca Airport is 5 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 41 apartments, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     íf you come to party, get drunk and finally come to the hotel in the middle of the night, screaming and shouting, you'll fit right in. The bar next door plays some loud music to prevent you from going to sleep too early as well.Look elsewhere if you come here to have a relaxing vacation.
