This complex is located right on the seafront in the heart of the entertainment area of Palm Beach, plus it is surrounded by all kinds of cafés and restaurants and is just 500 metres from the nearest links to the public transport network. Only a 10-minute walk from the establishment, guests will find the most famous nightlife area of Playa de Palma, with Ballermann 6, the Riu Center and Strasse Bier and some of the best nightclubs on the island such as the Riu Palace and MegaPark. It is 1 km to the nearest shops and Palma de Mallorca Airport is 5 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 41 apartments, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift.     Terrible hotel and very poor customer service. This hotel should not accept bookings for families with young children. Hotel accepted a room booking for 2 adults and 1 infant. Hotel failed to provide a safe cot for our baby to sleep in. Cot provided was broken and dirty. Staff could not provide an alternative.Room was dirty. Windows were smeary. Sticky sideboards. Punch marks on the wardrobe door. Leaking tap in the bathroom. No towels provided. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Rubbish visible on the surrounding streets. Impossible to sleep due to noise from local bars and clubs. Guests return to their rooms in the early hours of the morning arguing and shouting.Hotel Manager and Chief Operating Officer refused to provide a refund but offered €40 compensation, however the payment never reached our bank account.

    Extremely Disappointing Stay at Apartamentos Mix Bahia Real

    I recently stayed at Apartamentos Mix Bahia Real from August 10, 2024, to August 11, 2024, and I am compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience.Upon arrival, we found our room in terrible condition. The cleanliness was severely lacking, and we encountered numerous insects, including bedbugs and ants, which resulted in multiple bites for my family and me. This caused significant discomfort and stress during our stay.Additionally, the refrigerator in our room was not functioning, leading to the spoilage of all our purchased food. This added to our frustration, as we were unable to store any perishables.The bedding was appalling, with visible blood stains on the sheets, and the dishes and utensils provided were dirty and unhygienic, making them unusable.The overall quality and amenities of the hotel were far below the star rating it claims to have. Despite raising these issues with the reception, the staff were unable to resolve any of our concerns, leaving us to endure an unpleasant and uncomfortable stay.I urge others to reconsider staying at this property until these issues are addressed.

    not far from the airport. get the early flights from Liverpool or manchester and ive never been denied an early check in . book direct for a discount??? everything you need within a 5 minute stroll. no hills and the beach and promenade 1 minute walk, bus to palma and airport 1 min walk . big cheap supermarket 2 mins away. very few tourists and quiet for that reason but if you want a cheap quiet getaway then this is the place and the sea is still warm. sea view rooms basic but sizeable. im scoring this on value for money and location.     Nice clean rooms with plenty of space. Receptionist was very helpful with booking trips and was very friendly also.This hotel was well priced also with plenty of convenience nearby for buying small grocery items.     íf you come to party, get drunk and finally come to the hotel in the middle of the night, screaming and shouting, you'll fit right in. The bar next door plays some loud music to prevent you from going to sleep too early as well.Look elsewhere if you come here to have a relaxing vacation.
