Location

This attractive beach hotel is located above the El Arenal marina. It is just a few steps to the inviting beach of Playa de Palma. Public transport services depart from stops directly in front of the hotel and there are scores of shops in the surrounding area. Various attractions are on offer at the centre of El Arenal and there is a lively nightlife scene.

Facility

The hotel has 245 non-smoking rooms and includes 4 lifts and a reception desk. A baggage storage service, a safe, a cash machine, a TV room and a car hire service are available.     We’re staying at this hotel and what can I say? Everything is fantastic.The location is excellent, the staff are attentive and kind, and there is a stunning sky rooftop where you can take a dip in the small pool, sunbathe, and sip excellent sangria or many other specialties.On the terrace you’ll find Luana, who is extremely friendly, professional, helpful, and sunny, truly a wonderful person.     Location not great area with dirty streets but hotel was good with nice staff and ManagerLarge clean rooms and great showerSingle beds put together not great !Food ok and fairly good choice Luckily we traveled to Palma which is a great city !     I visited this hotel with my partner for our anniversary, we asked the staff if they could do something special for us, and they truly went above and beyond for us, our room was clean and spacious with a nice large balcony. They left us champagne and decorated the bed with rose petals. Truly an unforgettable experience that me and my partner will cherish for a long time.     Staff are great, but not an all-inclusive as advertised! Stay away from this hotel. The bar only serves soft drinks in the all inclusive no alcoholic beverages you have to pay! What snacks? This has been rubbish! Nothing with taste all lame and dry! Only decent thing is airport is 30 minutes away, the beach is a 10 minutes walk and local shops to get decent food and drinks of your own! Although it was clean and tidy and up to health and safety standards is all inclusive have to say. Please stop advertising the branch as an all-inclusive for adults it's not and it's miss leading.
