Location

This exclusive, family-run beach hotel is situated approximately 1 km above the peaceful holiday resort of Puerto de Andraitx in fabulous rural surrounds that are ideal for walking enthusiasts and nature lovers. Located close by are the sea, marina, links to the public transport network, the town and tourist centre and scores of shops, cafés, restaurants, bars, pubs and a nightclub. Palma de Mallorca is some 25 km away; the airport 35 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has a lifts and features 124 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. For a fee, extra beds or children's beds can be provided for little travellers. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Amenities provided in the rooms include slippers and a daily paper. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a whirlpool bath and a bidet. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can strike a healthy balance between exercise and relaxation in one of the 3 outdoor pools or in an indoor pool. The freshwater pool area, some of which is heated, also includes children's pools. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. The wide range of activities offered at the hotel ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, golf and paddle tennis. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym, table tennis and callisthenics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium and, for an additional fee, thalassotherapy treatments and Ayurveda treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Half board can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Lunch is served as à la carte, and guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu for dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    This is a lovely hotel. The staff are all friendly & helpful, the rooms are spacious & well equipped. Just a short walk to the port but if you want to venture further taxis are reasonably priced or there are buses if you'd prefer. Good sized swimming pools, but as they're not heated & it was only May, I wasn't tempted to go in! There are only a couple of things that could be improved upon - balcony furniture needs updating & I didn't find the pillows very comfortable, but in no way did either of these things spoil our holiday.     Amazing hotel - don’t skip this!

    10/10 for this beautiful, chic hotel. As a hotel snob (and someone who works for a 5* hotel business) I often spend months researching and choosing hotels for trips. However, as a last minute trip I booked this, purely on location and reading a few reviews. This completely exceeded my expectations and has made me rethink the hotels I have booked for the rest of the year that are 3x the price. Mon Port had everything we needed for a 4 night stay with our one year old daughter. Our room was really spacious with a separate seating/tv area and balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was great, so much choice and the staff were so friendly to our daughter.The free use of the indoor pool and spa was amazing, we took our daughter swimming in the indoor pool as ir was like a bath.The location is great just a 10 min walk from the Ports restaurants and free onsite parking too, no reservations needed and always a space.The hotel feels fairly small but this was great for us, it meant no big treks up to the room if we forgot something or our daughter needed a break from the sun. The indoor pool being right next to the outdoor pool was also great for popping in and out.Having booked the day before we arrived I didnt realise there were so many free gym classes, had I known we’d have used these. The hotel itself is a stunning Majorcan style property with terracotta walls and beautiful flowers. If you’re considering this hotel for a warm, intimate, family friendly stay book it!
