    This is a great place to stay when you are on holiday in Paguera. The apartements are a bit old but spacious and are being cleaned one time in two days. The owners of the appartements are very friendly. Ms Oliver speaks French, English, German, Spanish and Mallorquin. There are two swimming pools and a bar. The pool is cleaned every day. The pool garden is beautiful with a great variety of Tropical plants. Within one minute walk you are on the boulevard and in two minutes on the beach. At night it is very quiet at the complex. In 1 minute you are on the freeway to Palma or the opposite direction Andratx. Whe come here since 2000 and still love Promenade and Mallorca.

    very good staff .good size apartment,cleaned every other day and towels changed,bath room light failed reported this to staff at 10am bulb replaced by 12 noon great service for a budget hotel,no lifts.As this is a self catering hotel only snack meals from bar area(very good). No air conditioning, some rooms close to busy road but this would not put us off returning to this hotel again.all in all a good stay .
