  Stay away until 2027!

  DO NOT stay here for the foreseeable future!There is major construction both inside and outside the hotel.The main entrance is blocked and closed.Use the side door, but it is blocked by construction vehicles and littered with construction debris, dog feces and cigarette butt's.The entire ground and first floor is gutted, debris is everywhere.The construction noise starts at 7 am and goes until 4-5 pm. Sleeping in is not possible.No breakfast is possible.Rooms only available in upper floors, but the lift is reserved for construction personnel only.All the floors and stairs in the hotel have not been cleaned for weeks, perhaps months.The hotel will NOT tell you any of this until your reservation is beyond the cancelation point, very sneaky of them!

  The website say air condition but is not a reality.

  Voiles the hotel as it had air condition but I was given a room without. Noisy and smelly from outdoors but it was necessary to have the windows open to get some air in. I was promised a new room on the fourth floor with AC and packed my things. Coming back in the evening I wasn’t given a new room. Tomorrow I have to pick my stuff again to be given a new room. Wonder if it will happen? T

  Good location but overpriced with nary a view of the lake

  Disappointed with the room that promised views of the lake, we could only see a glimmer of it from our 2nd flr room. Location is good but you have look out for the small signage at Macs across the train station. Follow it to a side entrance and take the lift to the reception at 1st flr. Sad pillows so bring your own. Toileries provided and even ear plugs bec of the noise from the streets below. water pressure is gd but shower stall is really small with doors that dont close well so you may flood the bathroom if not careful.

  The hotel is great, better as we expected!Staff is super friendly and helpful!Breakfast was delicious!We stayed here durinv this hard Covid times and can say only good words about this hotel.If we will go again to Konstanz we will definitely stay here again!

  Not easily located. Nevertheless, it is perfectly located near to the train station. The room was clean & though it was closed to the main road, we were not disturbed by noise at night. Walkable to some shopping area. We had no complaints. The staffs tried to accommodate us in the breakfast for we are vegetarians. Thank you.
