Location

This beach hotel and apartment complex is situated in Palma Nova, surrounded by restaurants and bars as well as nightlife venues. During the months of July and August the apartments provide suitable accommodation for young people particularly. The beach is just across the street, approximately 100 m from the hotel.

Facility

The apartment hotel welcomes guests in a 2-storey building with a lift and 10 apartments. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a smoking area. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (no extra charge).

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. Rooms include a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. A telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including tennis, golf and a gym. A dance club offers fun and entertainment.

    Worst apartments ever, anywhere in the world!

    This Sh*thole gets one Star because that’s the least I could award it.We visited this place and I vowed to never ever, ever, never return. The piss soaked mattress was about as thick as an LP. Which meant that silver fish were abundant and thriving beneath it. The general outside area had an awful grease odour that hung in the air constantly.I could go on all day about how bad it is, but if you’re daft enough to book this place after reading this warning you’re beyond hope.Maybe book it for your arch nemesis as a nasty surprise or an ex wife.DO NOT STAY HERE!Simple.

    Terrible experience from beginning to end. Had to wait 4 hours before we could get a room, considering that check in was 2:00, we weren't allowed in. Then they gave us a key to a room that was already taken. Then we had to wait another 45 mins for them to clean the room before we could go in. The room was infested with ants, the pillows were flat. Room was basic. At the end of our holiday, we weren't due to be picked up until 7pm but because check out is 11 am we were kicked out with no where to go. We had to wander around with our luggage for 8 hours. We also paid €20 deposit, when we asked for it back they said it was a tourist tax which is a load of crap as the tourist tax is paid in with the holiday price. Was very disappointed with this place and would highly NOT recommend this place to anyone.

    Stayed here in July 2023. The room was freshly Clean. Towels and loo paper provided also on arrival. Check in went smoothly. Happy overall. I have no complaints. Not sure why it previously got such bad reviews.

    Easily the worst hotel I and the other guests have ever visited.The arrival was a quick reality check of what was to come,no communication with reception with a rude and non helping owner.The rooms where finished to a severely poor standard with a zero percent chance of getting a sound nights sleep.To keep it simple this hotel is not fit for purpose and is not even suitable to put pets in.I can’t see them surviving long as a sufficient business.

    After reading reviews I was expecting a poor hotel but was pleasantly suprised. There is a very very basic reception which isnt always staffed, but the woman (when she was there) spoke very good english and helped with any problems we had. The hotel room was basic, but more than you could ask for for the money. It had a full kitchen, washing machine and came with plates and cutlery etc. The beds were basic, but comfy enough and there were no complaints about the bathroom, again basic but had everything needed. Balcony was perfectly fine, the air conditioning worked very well and the room even came with a TV. The walls were soundproofed well and we heard no noise during our stay at the hotel. They give out extra keys for free upon request, and there were no prostitutes outside as suggested by another review. The location is ideal aswell.Overall, dont expect luxury but for the price it was fantastic for my needs.
