Location

This hotel, situated beside the Playa de Palma lies around 250 m from the beach. Links to the public transport network are to be found close by and can easily be reached on foot. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine.     Great hotel! Friendly and very helpful staff, great breakfast buffet, easy and free parking, close to beach and bus connection to Palma. Dogs welcome at 12 Euro per night. (Recommendation: they should offer a dogbed! We had this at other hotels where dogs were allowed.)

    Had an amazing stay at Nura Boreal Hotel in Palma! From the moment I arrived, the experience was fantastic. A special shoutout to Tony and Daniel at reception. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made everything so easy.The kitchen staff were just as wonderful — always friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. It really made a difference every day.I also have to mention the cleaning team, who were super friendly and always ready to help with a smile.It’s rare to find such a consistently warm and professional team across the whole hotel. I left feeling truly happy with my stay

    🏨 The hotel actually surprised me!

    😴 I didn’t expect to sleep well because the walls are thin and the doors let in drafts, but I ended up sleeping quite fine.🛏️ The room was nice and modern.🚿 The bathroom was large and spacious, though with a bit of mold here and there.🧺 Towels weren’t perfectly clean, but it was acceptable.🥐 Big plus for having a list of allergens at breakfast, which is included in the price.🍞 They also offer gluten-free bread — it’s packaged and even has an English label, unlike the allergen list.😊 Staff were really nice and friendly.

    Do not go here if you are british/Irish.. pool closes at 6pm.. bar closes at 9pm.. nothing to do in the area.. all German nationality Only nice thing about this area was the Spanish people themselves

    Disappointing Stay – Safety and Cleanliness Concerns

    My stay at Nura Hotel was far below expectations. Despite prior assurances of a quiet, comfortable room, we encountered serious issues:No Hot Water – I had to waste time heating water manually.No Wi-Fi – No internet access, leading to €50 in extra phone charges.Unclean Room – I found leftover food and drinks from a previous guest.We were also locked inside the hotel on our second night, with no accessible exits, which was distressing. I appreciate the assistance from nearby Boreal Hotel staff who helped us arrange a taxi, but the experience at Nura was unsettling. I’m requesting a full refund and would not recommend this hotel.
