    Excellent - Immaculate Cleanliness - Great Area - Easy from Airport

    Excellent for the price! From the moment we arrived post midnight but were offered a late supper laid out in the restaurant - we were impressed. What a lovely touch and well appreciated. Hotel about 5 mins walk to the beach, a few hundred yards from the nightlife so relatively busy if you want it or turn right at the beach for more sedate area. Buses : Airport (A2) 5 euro and Palma Express 2 euro - 3 min walk. Rooms were bright and sparkling clean as was the whole hotel -so so clean - immaculate. Vow to clean better at home!! We stayed on a half board package and loved the food. Plenty of variety, well presented and lovely, lovely staff in the restaurant and throughout the hotel generally. Pool area outside was nice with lots of sun beds and indoor pool although small was very good. The Rooftop bar is worth a visit - drinks are almost double the price but that's to be expected for the spectacular views and very cool vibe! I liked the location of the Hotel as there were mainly low rise buildings around it so good views of the resort, pool and gardens from our pool facing room with distant sea views. Only minor negatives for us - no English TV - just one french news channel broadcasting in English. As the area is predominantly catering for the German/Dutch markets that's to be expected. Noise travels between the rooms so that was a nuisance at 4am but can happen in any hotel. Overall I would highly recommend the hotel given the price and area and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would use the Hotel again and recommend it to others. I was originally looking at hotels in Arenal but after a visit to the weekly market - so glad I gave it a miss. Very run down area and bunched up hotels shabby looking hotels. Would have been really peed off if I booked that area.

    A decent stay overallHotel was clean throughoutLocation was very good, 5minute walk to beach- 45min walk to PalmaFacilities were good with a well kept pool/bar and restaurantMost the staff were accomodating and friendlyFood at the restaurant was lovely, although you do have to pay for drinksThe AC in the room didn't seem to work 100% which meant sleeping was quite difficult, I'm sure staff would have addressed this had we mentioned it, but it was only a short stay.No double beds and check-in was a little late.Shower changed between hot and cold. Overall a good place to stay, but could be inproved

    I was in this hotel for 3 nights. My stay was really good. Location: From the hotel beach is hardly 10 mins walk. If some one prefers night life then most of them around this hotel max from 5 mins to 20 mins walk. Bambeleo is just 5 mins, The club is around 10 mins, Megapark around 10 mins, Beach house pub around 20 mins. Bus stop to Palma city/airport is 10 mins walk. Food: Morning breakfast is good with enough options available. Breakfast is until 10:30 am which is needed for night life city like Majorca. Pool: There is only one rectangular pool which is good enough. with little bar attached to it. If you are preferring very fancy big pools with kids pool separate or roof top pool then this hotel doesn’t suite you.Service : Service was good in the hotel. Suddenly there was water leakage at the entry foyer in my room, I reported immediately and hotel front desk responded immediately and they took action sending a person quickly in few seconds, sealing it and making sure it doesn’t happen again so thanks to that.Rooms: Rooms are nice and maintained clean. Furniture looks made recently. This is not exact beach facing/beach side hotel may be in top floors you can see beach.Over all good

    Actually, while planning vacations in Mallorca, you should be careful)) We did not know that the place we chose for rest will be so crowded and noisy...But.Yes,but. The hotel turned out to be great, especially the restaurant! We booked a halfboard and do not have a single minute of regret!Breakfast is a kind of ordinary, yet delicious, but dinners...dinners are divine!!! Various,mostly based on local cuisine, they can satisfy every sofisticated taste or palate.Desserts deserve special praise.We highly recommend this hotel and its restaurant to holiday-makers!

    Yes, it’s really good hotel to stay. But you need to take into account that it’s very closed to the beer street area, where tourists festive every day. So you will hear the music in your room up to 1-2 o clock. For me it’s not a problem, the hotel is very good for couples, groups of friends. Breakfasts are absolutely great.
