  I've been to Palma 7 times, usually we book a place we haven't stayed before and this time we booked Luna Park. This was a mistake.Firstly, we checked in and was given a room that is definitely not pictured, small compact and no air con. The first night I asked for a fan, I was told the hotel has none.So unfortunately we grinned and beared it, despite sweating heaps, the next day we asked to switch rooms, in which we was told we couldn't unless an engineer looks at the room to fix the broken AC, I was told this would happen straight away.We went out for the day, came back and was told it could not be fixed as the whole hotel had no air con due to a broken unit, I explained how this was unacceptable, I have numerous medical conditions including MS, and it's imperative I keep cool, I explained all of this and a fan magically appeared.Fast forward to check out, we was told this was noon, so at 11am, someone knocked on the door, cleaning manager I believe, I asked her to which she said checkout 11.30am, I asked for a late checkout till noon, she contacted reception who approved it, I said thank you and that was it, well that's what I thought.I was almost ready, so the 30 extra minutes would ensure I was completely ready.5 minutes after that initial knock, a male who would not provide name, however skinny, tall, dark short hair and dark facial hair, between 20 and 30 said I needed to pay as checkout was 11am, that's 3 different checkout times now, I said I'm leaving now, he then proceeded to accuse me of slamming the door in the cleaning managers face and that's why he has come now.Under no circumstances did I do this, why would I? I had been given what I'd asked for, back and forth of him accusing me, I grabbed my stuff and went to reception, as soon as I got there, the male tapped this female on her shoulder and said my room number.I asked for a manager to which I was told I could speak to this female, I explained how I did not slam the door in this person's face and that the male needs to stop with the accusations, the manager said she was the one on the phone with this cleaning manager and approved the late checkout, I asked, if I slammed the door in her face as accused, did she hear it then?Immediately when I said that, she said oh maybe lost in translation, what was meant to be said was closed.I explained that this is a pretty big difference in the words, as much as I appreciate the language barrier, if you do not understand what the word means, I would suggest that you don't use it.I demonstrated with my friend, that if I touch his arm, yet you got the words mixed up and said I punched him, this could have serious consequences.No apology for their behaviour. Vile hotel imo. False advertising. Fraudulently taking money from guests for services not rendered (air con) this will have been known in advance and despite been there for 4 days, it never came on.It's a cost to the hotel, they don't want to pay but happy to advertise.Avoid this hotel, plenty of others available.

  Do not book unless you are a German looking for an 18-30 type holiday. It’s a real shame as the hotel was fine, facilities good but clientele appalling. It was full of German teenagers and 18-30 travellers who thought was ok to go to breakfast in their pyjamas and swim in the pool in their white underwear.Sleep is of a premium when kids are screaming and running through the corridors from midnight to 5 in the morning.

  A good, clean hotel with friendly staff, but quite far from the sea.

  Very good hotel. Friendly staff. Room cleaned every day. Only there were no glasses in the room and instead of a top sheet there was a simple sheet that kept falling off. And it was my first time in Mallorca, I was looking for a hotel for 4 hours. Several employees speak German. But some don't. Then I had communication problems because I don't speak English. Also, I didn't see what the pool looked like. Because they only let you in in the middle of the day, when there's no one in the hotel.

  Amazing break in a lovely hotel.

  I had a really great experience at this hotel. The lady on reception when I checked in was lovely, really friendly and helpful. The room was great, really clean and comfy bed. The shower was fab, powerful and lovely and hot..I hung the do not disturb sign on the door the 1st night as I was only here for 3 nights and didn't require a room clean. Breakfast was brilliant, so much choice, from hot cooked food to pastries, fruit, cakes, yogurt, tea, coffee and juice. I didn't experience any noise at all and the location is brilliant.. just a 5 min walk to the beach where you can stroll along the promenade for miles. I used the hotel as a base just to sleep really so didn't use the other facilities such as pool or bar area. When getting to the prom if you turn left (away from the main beach area) there you'll come across the most amazing secluded coves. I had a brilliant 3 days and will be booking to come back soon. If you're looking for 5 star accommodation this is not it..but if you want somewhere clean and comfy as a base you won't go wrong.
