Location

This apartment complex is a 10-minute walk from the harbour and the centre of Alcúdia, only across the coastal road from the slightly sloping beach (150 m). Links to the transport network can easily be reached on foot and a nightclub is about 500 m away.

Facility

83 apartments are available to guests in a 2-storey main building and 5 auxiliary buildings. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities available at the apartment complex include a baggage storage service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a library. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel doctor. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available for no extra charge. A business centre with projector, fax machine, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. Larger events can be organised with the help of the conference service. A conference room is available for conferences, lectures and meetings.

Rooms

Air conditioning (no extra charge) and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. On request, children's beds can be provided for a fee. A safe and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite/cable channels, a plug adapter and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a whirlpool bath. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The complex has 83 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools (no extra charge) and a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (no extra charge). A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The complex offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes bocce, volleyball, archery, Nordic walking and jogging. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, golf, paddle tennis and horse riding. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as water aerobics and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling, diving and parasailing. The complex offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. The complex offers a range of facilities in the wellness area. Options include a sauna and, for an additional fee, a spa, massage treatments and anti-ageing treatments. Third-party operators offer massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room and a breakfast room. Guests can indulge their palates at the restaurant (à la carte, air conditioning and high chairs). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, full board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A continental breakfast buffet provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and lactose-free food can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, international brands are included.

    Our first time on Mallorca, and we stayed at the Alcudia Apart Hotel. The hotel strikes a great balance between comfort and convenience all one needs for a relaxing stay. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive. A special highlight of our stay was the food which needs to be gluten-free as some of us have celiacs. Chef Carly took special care of us, showing us what dishes were safe to eat and even made special dishes with his creative, fresh twist. This elevated our trust and food experience beyond what you might expect from any hotel. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows.

    Another great stay at the hotel

    This is our second visit at hotel (previously half board in October 2025). This time we stayed self catering as we were just there for 3 nights. Rooms as expected. Beds so comfortable. We were looking in to main road which you could see sunrise between the buildings to left of balcony. Road noise didn’t bother us in AM/during day, it was very quiet at night. Kids enjoyed the pool every day-cold water didn’t seem to the bother them. Hotel close to beach and main area do shops. Lidl about 10 walk towards the roundabout. Bus stop close by for old town. Great staff in hotel, great hotel! Will be back again for this visit! Thank you!     A Great Hotel: Superb Location

    A great holiday overall, with just one criticism. Starting with the positives:Check‑in was efficient and smooth, and the reception team were very friendly and helpful.Our room was ready on arrival and exactly as expected — clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed. There was no kettle or toaster initially, but after a quick call to reception, Housekeeping delivered both within 30 minutes. The balcony was a good size, though the view wasn’t the best, overlooking the road at the back of the hotel.The pool area was fantastic. The water was a little cold, but that’s to be expected early in the season. There were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and absolutely no sign of sunbed‑hogging — though this may be because the hotel wasn’t at full capacity.I stayed self‑catering and only ate in the restaurant once. The food was great with a good selection. It is on the pricier side, but the price does include unlimited wine and soft drinks.Now for the downside… I was in room 4108, which overlooks the hotel’s delivery area and some public rubbish/recycling bins. Deliveries began around 7am, with lorries unloading directly outside the room. This was also where housekeeping staff gathered, so there was a fair amount of early‑morning talking and laughing. At the other end of the day, the bins were emptied around midnight, which created quite a bit of noise every night.While the noise was a definite downside, the positives of the holiday far outweighed it.I’d definitely return. The staff were great, the facilities were good, and the location is absolutely fantastic — just yards from the beach and the Port area. Overall, a really enjoyable stay.

    We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcomed us. Our room was ready for us and it was exactly what we expected. The rooms are lovely and spacious and clean. The staff were amazing. We asked if we could have extra pillows and a fan and they were sent straight to our room. The hotel is quite big and the pool area was perfect. There were plenty of sunbeds no matter what time of day. We were self catering but did eat in the hotel restaurant and the food was lovely with a good section.     Family Easter break

    Great location, conveniently located near to the beach and the Port. Lots of shops and restaurants near by The old town is a 20 minute walk away. Local market every Sunday and Tuesday definitely worth a visit. Local shop was 4 minute walk away and Lidl was 9 minute walk. Bus stop was just to the end of the road if you wanted to travel to nearby towns.We stayed in room 2105 and it was to the far end of the hotel opposite the pool. WiFi wasn’t great at times.The room itself was spacious and clean but was a little dated but that didn’t effect our stay. The beds were comfortable and i slept really well during our stay. Beds were made and towels were changed most days except Sunday and Tuesday. The pool was pretty cold but the kids still enjoyed it.We went self catering so can’t comment on the food.For self catering there is a fridge microwave and a hob no toaster or kettle but I believe you can request those at reception but we made do and adapted so had no issues. Also we didn’t make use of the entertainment as I have older children and were more then happy to sit and play uno in the evenings.The staff were friendly always greeting us and the maintenance team were soo good keeping the hotel grounds clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this hotel.
