Location

    Stayed as a group over Easter, great location for the strip but on the top of a very steep hill. OK for us but anyone with mobility issues would struggle. Hotel very clean and modern. Safe in 2 of our rooms was not working. Hotel was lively with lots of group and DJ by pool, perfect for us but not ideal for families. Poolside quite rowdy at times but it’s Magaluf so to be expected. Pool bar great, good food and good prices too.     Nice rooms but completely overshadowed by broken safes, stolen money and appalling staff response

    We recently travelled here as a group of girls, and for the most part, the hotel initially met our needs. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the pool area was nice, though it definitely got a bit too crowded at times with the sun loungers packed very tightly together.However, a major red flag was the room security. While the rooms supposedly included a free safe, we found that across all four of the rooms our group occupied, not a single one of the safes was in working order.We were having a relatively nice stay right up until our very last day, when we realised three people in our group had money stolen from their rooms. This discovery completely ruined our trip and overshadowed any positive feelings we had about the hotel.What made the situation so much worse was the hotel's response. When we approached the reception staff, they were completely unhelpful. We noted a significant number of security cameras throughout the hotel and asked them to check the footage. We were dismissively advised that only the manager had access to the cameras, and that they wouldn’t be back until 8 AM the following morning. By that time, we were already scheduled to check out and be on our way to the airport, which the staff well knew.It is incredibly disappointing that a hotel would fail to provide basic, functioning security measures like room safes, and then have such poor procedures in place when a theft inevitably occurs. Despite the nice rooms, I absolutely cannot recommend a hotel that fails to protect its guests and refuses to help when a crime happens on their property.
