  If you know what is good for you do not stay at this hotel. Their staffs are terrible and very unfriendly. They are very troublesome in this hotel.

  We booked the hotel based on the good reviews and were unfortunately disappointed. We can confirm the previous review 1:1, in addition to the poor cleaning, we even had to get the toilet paper ourselves because it was not replenished. In the bungalow, you couldn't hang anything in the closet without it creasing, the closet door was stiff, and in the bathroom the shower door wouldn't close at all. Water from the rain shower made the ceiling wet, and dripped onto your head. Noises from the water pipes even at night disturbed the peace and quiet, and once the TV suddenly turned on in the night due to power fluctuations, which really frightened us. Breakfast doesn't even come close to the pictures and was the worst we've had in a hotel so far. The extremely poor quality was also reported to us by regular guests on site. We wouldn't come again.   From top to flop in one year

  We were at Paradise Residencial for the first time in 2022 and were very satisfied. The friendliness of the staff, the furnishings of the apartment and, above all, the cleanliness of the entire complex. A year later, things looked very different. We had to go to reception several times to report grievances. There was a lack of effort and powerlessness. We turned to the management. Several times. Unfortunately, our emails were ignored. I will insert the email history here to show what the situation was like."Dear management of the Paradise Residencial Hotel,We have been spending our vacation in your hotel for 10 days. Last year we got to know your house and were so impressed that we immediately booked our vacation for this year.Unfortunately, we have to realize that there are serious changes for 2022. In 2022, we were very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire complex. We thought we had found accommodation for the next few years.Unfortunately, we now have to realize that there are major deficiencies in the area of cleanliness. We would like to list some of them for you here.On the day of arrival, we noticed that the floor in apartment 37 was sandy and dirty, the stove was greasy, and the mirrors were full of streaks. The towel rack is full of dust, as are the lamps.We complained at reception and a cleaner was sent to do the work. Unfortunately, without much success. We complained again - again, improvements were made - again without much change.We cleaned the worst of it ourselves. After the first night we noticed that the pillows were unsuitable for sleeping - much too fluffy. Maybe they were good for decoration - but nothing more. Again the receptionist had to accept our request for a change. In the evening there were still no other pillows in the room. Again we had to ask. Two thinner pillows with mismatched covers were conjured up from somewhere. That way we could sleep reasonably well. It should also be said that the beds have a life of their own and tend to slide apart and the mattresses shift on the base. Bed linen was only changed after more than a week at our request. If you can call it a change. Pillowcase and blanket OK, but the bed sheet inadequate. There is a mattress and a topper. Both originally had their own bed sheet. Now they tried to put a bed sheet over both. Of course it didn't work. The bottom part of the mattress is now bare. The rest of the bathroom and floor were not cleaned at all that day. The lady quickly disappeared with a friendly greeting before we could react. So this week there was no cleaning three times, because the cleaners have Wednesdays and Sundays off.The towels are also not changed. Last year it was voluntary, this year it is standard. You could almost switch to a holiday home.The terrace is not cleaned at all - except for the jacuzzi - which means that the floor inside gets even dirtier.For breakfast:According to your website, "Start the day with delicious breakfast variations." "Freshly roasted coffee." "Fresh orange juice." Well, vending machine coffee, cheap juice, discount store goods are probably more accurate. In addition, there is the same offer every morning. This is all the worse because the selection is limited anyway. But there is variety, because sometimes you can't fry eggs because there are simply no eggs and other times the cook is alone and can't fulfill this request.Throughout the entire complex you notice that the quality has fallen noticeably. Cleaning the glass panes, broken covers on the loungers by the pool, limited opening times of the pool bar - without notice or information, slow, constantly failing WiFi that doesn't work at all in the bedroom, rusty storage basket in the shower.The general mood suffers from these shortcomings.Now we ask you, would this be a hotel in which you would like to spend your vacation? On the first day we were given a discount of around €80 because the room wasn't cleaned properly. In view of the real grievances, this is probably more of a joke. If we had booked a package with a tour operator, they would have received a complaint. Since we booked our vacation directly with you in the hotel, now this email to you. Please don't misunderstand us. We are not people who look for reasons to get a credit. Perhaps you can see it from the fact that we booked a top-class apartment and would be happy to pay the price. If, yes if the quality is maintained.We have heard that the aim is to sell the hotel, or even all three hotels in your group in Cala Ratjada. If that is true, we are very surprised that they are scaling back so much. Normally, the property is "gilded" beforehand in order to achieve a good result. Despite all the annoyance, we must mention that your staff is always very friendly and hard-working. We believe that the problems are not the fault of the people who work here.So, now it has become a long email. We would like to ask you for a statement. We are still here in Cala Ratjada until September 26th and are also ready to talk.With kind regards and awaiting your statementWe have asked for a statement three times. No response, not even from the service hotline.So all we can do is give an honest, detailed review, because the situation has not improved.It is such a shame that this hotel has lost so much quality in just one year.   Green, clean, cosy, calm, just perfect!

  Very green, like a small botanic garden, shady and calm, the personnel is very friendly. It is small, not crowded, just very pleasant. We liked it even much more than a 4 stars expensive hotel where we visited our friends in Cala Millor as that one was all in sun, too little space for too many people.
