145 non-smoking rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by 6 lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Hotel is lovely, clean and bright. Good facilities, SPA is great, lots of sun beds by the pool and no fighting over sun shade. Pool is open 10 - 7, towels provided by hotel for the loungers. 2 soft drinks and a beer is €13 at the pool bar. It feel like an adult only hotel, not many families staying. Unfortunately the area lets it down as it is very close to the German 🇩🇪 party strip which is full of groups and quite intimidating, lots of groups and a real drinking, party vibe. We did find a nice restaurant near by on the promenade - little Italy, great pizzas, you could share one between 2 of you. The hotel is close to the bus route and it is easy to get into Palma, bus route 25. Easy to get to the aquarium too.Overall a fabulous hotel, it’s easy to understand why it would be in the luxe collection.     Lovely hotel, clean and contemporary.

    Hotel is lovely, clean, good room size and plenty of chill out places to sit outside. We are a family of 3, child is 12, indoor pool is in the SPA and children under 16 can only use the indoor pool from 11-1 and you must book with reception. Another unusual rule is you cannot bring in any alcohol, you can only drink their alcohol from the bar, so no sneaky beers on the balcony! Breakfast is until 1, good selection and nice coffee. I agree with the other review, avoid Playa de Palma, it is full of hen and stag parties and very drunk individuals day and night, rather scary for a 12 year old to witness. Local bus service is good and easy to get to Palma and back. Click the QR code on the door key card for useful local info. Value - this holiday cost a lot for the 3 of us for 4 nights and because the local area isn’t particularly nice it means it costs quite a bit to travel so value isn’t as good as it could be.     Close to the beach, but in more quiet street. Hotel doesnt seem crowded, have a more cozy feeling to it, relaxed atmosphere. We were in a junior suite and room vas perfect size, felt spacious but not empty. Standard is high with modern, minimalistic style. There is a full minibar with snacks and bevarages. Kettle, coffee and tea in the room. All hair and body products available in the room. Room was clean and prepared with care, seems well maintained. Very good value for money with welcome drink for all guests in the room. Staff extremely nice and helpful, amazing breakfast. Billard and table tennis available. Very happy with our stay!     The hotel location is very good, close to the beach. The airport is close. The beach is close to the hotel, shops, stores, souvenir shops are all just a few minutes from the hotel. The staff was great, some were good and stood out from the rest. The hotel is clean and smells good. The hotel is super equipped, has everything you need. I think some of the staff should be friendlier. I liked the breakfast, it is varied, there is a lot of food and drinks. Dinner is also really varied, from fish, meat, soup, salads.I would like to thank the waiter Daniel for his kindness.
