English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     A fantastic break in a fantastic hotel!

    My fiancé and I decided to spend the week here on the strong recommendation of family, who frequently come here for their holiday, and we can see why! Every single member of staff was wonderful and really made us feel at home, which made our stay even more special; they ensured that we had everything we needed from start to finish, and we cannot thank them enough. They arranged taxis to and from the airport with no bother, which really helped us feel comfortable. We found our room clean and spacious and with a fantastic view of the forest and sea, with the pool just below. There were always plenty of sun beds available around the pool, as well as many places to choose from to relax inside and out on the terrace. The food was lovely; we had breakfast each day but also tried lunch and dinner which were equally as excellent, especially the paella! We also enjoyed the bbq night with live music, which also saw some of the staff joining in! There is a bus stop just outside in case we wanted to go into town, as well as three beaches within easy walking distance, and the forest, all of which were beautiful. There are many places to eat nearby and we found plenty to keep us occupied. We can see why our family chooses to return time after time, and we cannot wait for our next stay!

    The hotel is beautiful and its location is great. The staff is wonderful, very kind and helpful as well as welcoming and protective of their guests. The only thing we didn’t love that the bathroom is seperated from the bedroom by a thin glass door that doesn’t shut. If you’re staying with a partner or a friend you’ll might want to take advantage of the bathrooms in the lobby.

    This was our second time visiting this hotel and enjoyed on both occasions. Family room with sea view was perfect. Staff are very helpful and our kids really enjoyed the slower pace for a few days. A really good 3 star Hotel. We’ll be back !!

    This hotel is perfect if you want rest and relaxation amid stunning surroundings the gardens and pool area are kept immaculate, the staff can’t do enough for you and the setting right on the beach is perfect, yes the beach gets busy but since the starfish boat no longer stops here a lot less though, before 10 and after 6 the beach is perfect.

    No coffee maker in rooms, poor service, loud rooms, poor variety of drinks at bar (mainly whiskey), rude staff, dirty.It’s a decent price but you’ll be better off paying a bit more somewhere elsewhere. Honestly ruined my vacation. Just go elsewhere.
