This family-friendly holiday complex is located directly beside a shallowly sloping sandy beach just 500 m from the lively centre of Sa Coma where guests will discover a selection of shopping and entertainment venues. There is a bus stop to be found just 50 m from the hotel.

Facility

289 rooms and 133 apartments are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning, adjustable central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station.     Nice stay in average clean apartments

    Just got back from a lovely short stay in S'illot. Honest review, apartments were clean spacious had cooking facilities, nice modern bathroom. Sadly we noticed ants in kitchen area so didn't cook much after that and just kept food in the fridge. We didn't complain as was towards end of stay. Pool area lovely and overlooking the beach not too crowded. Didn't try the restaurant. The staff were polite but didn't go out of their way to be freindly. Room was cleaned while we were there and fresh towels. Bar area seems to need a little updating and corridors were a bit dark and depressing. We got a cheap deal and were happy with that.The apartments are in an excellent location opposite the beach and a great choice of restaurants etc. Will definitely return to S'illot a nice peaceful old fishing town not too expensive.

    I’ve have been staying in these apartments for over 12 years , sometimes twice . I’ve just come back and think it maybe the last time . Asked for a low floor got put on 7 the floor right beside the lift door . Which was banging constantly. Asked if it would be possible to be moved . The woman on reception was down right rude . Told to come back at 12 . Then got Carmen not much better , offered us a room at an extra €60 a night each . Then said I will give you it for €40 . Not being funny but I paid for a one bed ,and this is what she offered me . It was only a bit more updated . The room we eventually got was on 4th again beside the lift, this door didn’t bang . The room was nothing short of horrible. Mirror doors broken glass . Fridge so old paint all peeling, mouldy bathroom , room not cleaned once in the week we were there . We stayed in June for 10 nights and I had to ask for clean sheets . Missing bulbs , glass missing from lights the list goes on . I am so disappointed as we have always loved the place . We have never ever had to go to reception with any issues before this . Very very disappointed. 😢

    Can't understand the bad reviews of this hotel, I had a lovely stay there. I booked a studio apartment with a mountain view, a couple of weeks before going, I emailed and asked if I could have a high floor and a walk in shower. When I arrived I was given a 6th floor studio with a walk in shower. On going out on the balcony I couldn't beleive it, it was a wraparound balcony with views of the sea and the mountains, it was wonderful.All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the barman always had a smile and said hola when he saw you, being a solo lady, it made me feel at ease. I only had breakfast there, which was very nice with plenty to choose from. I would stay there again, in a heartbeat.

    We arrived early on a Sunday and the reception team were brilliant. We paid the tourist tax in cash which was expected as clearly stated when booking and also paid for the safe. We were lucky as the room was ready. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, Which was clean and basic but for what we paid exactly what we expected. Towels were swapped when required and room cleaned once during our 4 day stay. The hotel was clean and pool area looked after well. Bar was a good price. Little entertainment but again, this was expected. The area itself is lovely, straight on to the beach and either left or right there were bars and restaurants for food and drinks.

    Good budget friendly hotel. I'll start with the good part of the stay. Rooms were clean/spacious. Booked a mountain view and it was lovely. Rooms slightly worn, but to be expected. Staff were friendly/could not do enough for you. The gentleman at front desk who checked us in was lovely and kept bringing out toys 1.5yr old we had with us. Always sun loungers available and pool is nice enough - and only a stones throw away from the beach. We were only there for a long weekend, so didn't see much of the entertainment, however, the ABBA tribute was very good! Breakfast was standard - no complaints there. Didn't book dinners at hotel, so can't comment on that. Hotel is located by the beach with multiple water facing restaurants near by.There were a few let downs unfortunately - one being the rooms having very thin walls. We had no noise for the most part of our holiday (possibly due to time of yr/it being end of season), but on the last night a large group arrived. We had to be up at 2am for the transfer home in the morning and all we could hear was shouting/doors constantly slamming until early morning. The other let down is the bus/taxi situation. We went to port cristo on the sunday due to the poor weather. Two buses went past us that we were unable to get on due to them being slam packed. The taxi also took 1hr to arrive to take us. Could possibly look into a transfer service for guests? (but this issue was not at fault of hotel).All in all, would say very good value for money and really don't understand the negative reviews other people have left. Its a budget hotel.
