Firstly pros.. lovely location few minutes from beach, bars and restaurants in S’illot , helpful staff and nice breakfast.Also close to lovely Sa Coma too ( 5 minute walk). As far as budget holidays go this was good. Clean hotel, nice pools, as good a location as you get round here as everything a few minutes walk. Sandy beach a stone throw away. Only reason it lost a couple of stars... 1 was it was never getting 5 star as a budget holiday which isn't a 5 star resort! ...

Worst hotel very rude reception staff food was a disgrace you wouldn’t give it to a dog plus queues to get food then no tables. Rooms were not any better no clean towels for 5 days total rip off . Do not answer emails either. Go somewhere else lovely hotels round about.
