Location

This hotel is located close to the nearest fine sand beach and the centre of Santa Ponsa where an abundance of shops and entertainment venues are to be found. Convenient public transport links are situated within just a few paces of the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 64 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. A safe and a desk are also available. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. With snorkelling or, for a fee, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. The hotel offers indoor sporting activities such as table tennis or, for a fee, billiards. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

High chairs are available at the restaurant. Half board can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet and a dinner à la carte are served every day. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Very dissapointed for the price. Completely outdated compared 2 website pics.. Not a pleasant welcome though the bar man was friendly but 18 euro for 2 drinks ! No air con no kettle no fridge no room service spent a fortune at vending machine for cold drinks . The rooms were grubby esp the bathroom no ventilation opened a cupoard and there were live cables. Breakfast was across the road but only till 9 30 far 2 early. Only plus was the location .

    Super hotel. Rooms slightly outdated however very clean. Staff lovely. Fridge can be hired €6 per day. Kettle/iron on request. Breakfast across road, just felt 9.30am finish a bit early.Will return.     Quiet hotel near the beach

    I've stayed here before in 2017, it was lovely then and still lovely now, friendly staff and helpful. Good location, very close to the beach, supermarket, nice eating places and shops.     Super super bad….Very expensive for this service. The persona is really not polite There’s no dinner… it’s okay. We brought our food and they didn’t give us forks and knives «they don’t have” Even the receptionist didn’t let us to eat down stairs… we have to eat just at room 🤯We couldn’t stay at room because there’s so dirty. Сurtains are all in the mold and it is not possible to breathe in the room because of this. My brother, being in the room for 10 minutes, immediately had an allergy to the moldLucky he had a pillsVery bad.     I rarely write reviews but on this occasion felt I had to. I had seen so many negative reviews of this hotel, that I was really expecting to have to find alternative accommodation for our week's break in Santa Ponsa. We were pleasantly surprised with all aspects of the hotel. OK, so there is no bar or restaurant, but we knew that before we arrived. That was not a problem as plenty of places nearby. The breakfast at the hotel across the road was nothing special, but it was adequate. We had a room on the 4th floor, with a sea view. Yes it is on a main road, with the sea view through the buildings, but it is still a sea view. The room was very spacious with a double bed, which is unusual in itself. The balcony was quite small, but amply big enough. It was lovely to have a window rather than just the balcony doors to look out of. It meant I could leave the window open overnight rather than have the air con on. I slept so well every night I was there, so the bed couldn't have been that bad. The air con, WiFi and safe were all included with no hidden extras, which was a bonus. We had to pay to hire a fridge but it was worth it to keep our drinks cool. The bathroom was a good size too and reasonably well stocked with toiletries. We had housekeeping everyday, and always to a high standard. The reception staff were always very friendly and helpful. The only negatives I could say were they were a bit mean with the toilet rolls and we did miss not having tea making facilities in the room, but they are two very minor things that didn't spoil the holiday at all. The resort was good, and even though it was late in the season, there were still plenty of places open to get food and drink. We would definitely consider staying here again as it represents good value for money.
