Location

This charming hotel is located in the centre of Santa Ponsa and is just across the promenade from the beautiful pebble/ sandy beach. Numerous shops and entertainment venues are to be found in the neighbourhood. Links to the public transport network lie within walking distance of the hotel (100 m). The Dragon Caves, the largest dripstone caves in Europe, are located close to the centre. A golf course can be found 15 km from the hotel; Palma international airport is just 62 km (90 minutes drive) away.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 3-storey building with a lift and 54 rooms. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services include a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and hire service.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. A safe and a minibar are also available.     Just checked out and cannot praise this hotel enough…The staff are a credit to hotel .Second time staying here and hope to return next year for my few days away.Pool area is so relaxing and clean,rooms are spotless and very comfortable.Highly recommend this hotel!!!
