Location

This charming hotel is located in the centre of Santa Ponsa and is just across the promenade from the beautiful pebble/ sandy beach. Numerous shops and entertainment venues are to be found in the neighbourhood. Links to the public transport network lie within walking distance of the hotel (100 m). The Dragon Caves, the largest dripstone caves in Europe, are located close to the centre. A golf course can be found 15 km from the hotel; Palma international airport is just 62 km (90 minutes drive) away.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 3-storey building with a lift and 54 rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     If you are going to santa Ponsa you couldn’t pick a better place to stay from the moment we walked in the staff. We’re very attentive and couldn’t do enough for you from reception to bar( the , barMan makes the best negroni I’ve ever had and also took the time time to talk me through how he made it ito the staff doing breakfast service and the maid severy one I met was exemplary and this made the stay above and beyond what I was expecting working in hospitality myself i know whats good and what isn’t 5 star service all around it’s a fantastic team and you should all be be very proud Of what you have there couldn’t of asked for more looking forward to seeing you all again proud I wouldn’t hesitate to return and plan to do so in the near future

    Just back from a short break to this hotel which was lovely and in a great location. All the staff we met were so warm and friendly and went out of their way to help. We would recommend and stay again.

    Just home from another mini break in this superb hotel.clean,central and so comfortable. Just an amazing hotel to sit in terrace and watch world go by…Cant praise the staff enough!!!I will be back soon again with chocolate treats for you all.And fudge for ina!!!!
