Location

The hotel is located 350 m from a sandy beach. The closest cities are Santa Ponça (3 km), Palma (20 km) and Calvia (8 km). The hotel is within easy reach of bars and restaurants, bus stops, tourist information, city centre and supermarkets. Accessible from the hotel: Catedral Palma (19 km), PMI Airport (30 km), Western Water park (8 km), Marineland (9 km), Sol Wave House (7 km) and disco (600 m).

Facility

Guests have a choice of 96 non-smoking rooms located in a 4-storey main building and an auxiliary building. At this resort, which includes 2 lifts, guests are warmly welcomed by the English- and German-speaking staff. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. Rooms

Sport

A waterslide provides fun for all ages. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis, crazy golf and horse riding are available. With water skiing, jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides and catamaraning available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards and callisthenics. A wellness area with a solarium (no extra charge) is available at the resort. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

    Couldn't recommend this place enough especially for families with younger kids. Coming here 4 years and its absolutely brilliant. Leo and Maria make the holiday for the kids.

    Lovely resort, clean, staff lovely, rooms spacious, breakfast was amazing, not good for disabled access, one lift, in reception, not working in bad weather, stairs slippy in rain, bit of a walk into the centre, and uphill coming back, no bar area for a drink only outside, entertainment outside so not on in bad weather, went over to the sister hotel and was refused a drink or use of their facilities, we were told we could go over, but their guests come here for meals, but we were told no! That should be made clearer, no English channels despite someone coming to the room to sort, on the whole would return for the breakfast and staff who work extremely hard

    Very nice comfortable room. Was there 4 days, but my room was only serviced once. Young Spanish girl on reception very nice and helpful. Some on reception were snappy. I required was check out 12pm. I was told 11am and if I was one minute late I would be charged €100. Food not great, very cold. Dining area was all outdoors. I think €18 for breakfast was too expensive. I had breakfast on my plate, about to eat. It was very cold and two pigeons landed on it and started to eat it. So that was the end of the breakfast. I just had a very small cup of tea. I found it was really geared for families with very young children. No entertainment for adults. I will return to Turkey instead

    Most of the staff were really lovely especially the waitresses who went out there way too assist We were given a room on the second floor right above the tunnel entrance and first cpl nights were quiet until the rooms above and to the side of us were filled with families who partied till late and got up early making sleep virtually impossible. Walls are paper thin which makes sleeping difficult and as much other guests making noise at unsocial times isn’t a fault if the hotel they should make sure people are warned against it.

    Lovely clean hotel, staff are all very friendly and always smiling. Food was good, close to all the amenities santa ponsa has to offer a really nice place, thank you 😊
