    No way José!

    When we checked in with our 7 year old, José told us that children could only use the swimming pools if they 'didn't make any noise'! This was hardly a warm welcome after a day of travelling. We asked for our money back but he refused us.If Apartmentos Ponent wants to muzzle children, they should go adult only. However they won't do thus because they want money from families but refuse to be family friendly. Also misleading information on website - no sea view unless on top 5th floor - don't stay here!

    Floors 2 - 4 totally obstructed by trees - see photos from 3rd floor. Requested a free cancellation through booking app but property denied request. On check in, Jose at reception was rude and unwelcoming to myself & my partner. Rest of staff were very nice. Breakfast was bland and boring and nice waiter told us that Jose gives out to the staff if they allow guests to take coffee out of the restaurant. I've stayed at alot of places and I've never seen such rigid 'rules' - not good for a relaxing holiday vacation!

    Lovely hotel. We had a really nice room with one of the big balcony with 2 sunbeds and a table and Chairs , all been done to a very high standard and very impressed . Loads of sunbeds available at the pool and very chilled , this is a very German town so if your English you have to look hard for a English menu but was lovely when we did , beach is literally across the road and nice and clean . There’s a very lively bar across the road open till late but don’t affect our sleep as we couldn’t hear it , very impressed overall and would stay again

    Amazing stay, 5 star apartments excellent location to all bars and restaurants, 3 stunning beaches 1 minute walk away, apartments cleaned everyday, nice indoor pool and gym, plenty of sunbeds, nice square with fairground rides across the road

    The apartment was nice, however you can hear everything from outside and/or neighbors noise.· I had the worst experience ever in this vacation; going with my mother, I booked 11 days hoping for a nice and quiet time, however we were treated in the restaurant very bad especially by one of the waiters who made us to stop having breakfast after few days.We were offended and the rest of the vacation we felt very uncomfortable.Breakfast was poor and we have to ask every time to brig us something and they let everyone to take some food in their rooms except us,even mentioned it in a threading voice not to do it as we were punished;they serve differently and preferably other guests and hope this was not the reason that we are from Romania (even though one waiter mentioned our country in his conversations few times).The staff restaurant treated us differently compared with other guests in terms of service, amount of food and behavior.Hotel manager apologized and refunded the breakfast amount for the rest of the vacation however we felt and still are very much offended from such a horrible experience!I was working in high class cruise ships, hotels all over the world and I understand that nothing is perfect from food to accommodation, however when as a guest you are feeling uncomfortable and offended from a vacation that you expected to be at least relaxed is a very big difference!
