This hotel is located in the north of Mallorca, directly beside the fine sandy beach and crystal-clear Mediterranean Sea. Ideally located for the centre of Puerto Pollensa, this hotel is within paces of a selection of shopping and entertainment venues. The nearest links to the public transport network are about 500 m away.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1912. 159 rooms, including 4 suites, 12 single rooms and 64 double rooms, are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). The pleasantly heated water of the indoor and outdoor pools guarantees comfortable swimming.     My husband and I have spent many holidays here with lovely memories. Returning Solo for a week in May quite a difference. Reception and many rooms updated part of an ongoing program. My room with large terrace sea view and walk in shower was beautiful. Breakfast is set out as easy to navigate around and so much variety. This can now be taken inside the restaurant or outside on the terrace which is a very popular option to enjoy overlooking the lovely bay. I ate dinner on the restaurant terrace many times and enjoyed the food and ambiance in the evening. I found all the staff reception, dining, bar, in-house so helpful and cheerful. The Sea Lounge is ideal for sun bathing with its own Cocktail bar. No queuing for sun beds here.I found the atmosphere and friendliness at the Miramar so relaxing as we had in previous years. I look forward to returning.     We were thrilled to have one of the newly refurbished sea view rooms last week and could enjoy the view from while having a shower. Those preferring modesty can close the little blind! We were uncomfortable over lunch one day when the slightly older waitress with blonde pony tail, told off the young waiter for not having cleared the table. Staff should never argue or reprimand another staff member in the presence of customers, as it is embarrassing and upsetting to witness.     A beautiful hotel that has been sympathetically renovated. In an excellent position at the beginning of the Pine Walk. I had a sea facing balcony room which was very spacious and a great bathroom and spotlessly clean.The staff are all very helpful and pleasant. The buffet breakfast had an excellent choice of both hot and continental dishes. I wouldL certainly stay there again.
