Too high a price for the condition of the rooms

This was a rough experience overall. I will say the staff was very friendly, and breakfast met with my expectations. With that said, there were a number of issues we encountered that impacted our experience at this hotel.- The bathroom sink in our original King size suite was not draining. This issue led to us being transferred to a double, as maintenance was gone for the night.The double also had several issues:- The provided phone and refrigerator were both not working.- There was some sort of graffiti on one of the headboards.- The general condition of the walls was also not good, with marks and signs of water damage.- The furniture was also in disrepair, especially the TV stand.- The bathroom faucet was missing part of its the hot water handle. There was also no stopper in the drain, so no way to fill the sink.- The bathroom door would not close and lock properly.- The sheets for one of the beds was inside out. The sheets for the other bed didn’t fit properly.- The room also smelled of mildew.- The ice machines were all down except for the one on the first floor.- The next morning, the elevator was down.At a price point of $127 before taxes, this is unacceptable. I advise anyone reading this to avoid staying here.

The front desk was every helpful, especially when it came to looking for restaurants and activities to do in the area and not to mention super polite when it came to any questions that we had.
