  A fantastic hotel and holiday all round

  The location of this hotel is spot on, the beach, restaurants and bars , shops and harbour are all within 10 minutes walking of the hotel, the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and helpful, our room was great with a big balcony and separate bedroom and fantastic views of the mountains and the sea, I thought this hotel was very good value for money and the all inclusive food and drinks were great, the hotel and rooms are very clean and there are good activities on offer, you can use bikes from the hotel to have a look around the resort or they had family pedal buggy things too , there’s tennis courts and basketball courts as well as football and volleyball to enjoy, the indoor pool is lovely too. This hotel was nice and peaceful at night so we got a good rest after busy days. There are lots of nice places to visit like the caves of drach, the markets or the safari and the beach is 10/10 .   Loud Cockerells

  Brilliant staff,very helpful from front desk to cleaners,food ok,but the Cockerells would start at 3am all the way through till 7am,I would come back here,but not while the Cockerells are here,ive had very little sleep at night,and had to take a nap in the day.   Great Family Holiday Overall with a Few Minor Issues

  Overall, this is a lovely hotel and we would definitely come back, but there are a few things worth noting.Upon arrival, the hotel looked great. Check-in was easy, the staff were very friendly, and they spoke good English. We got to our room and quickly dumped our bags without really looking around, as we had left home at 2am and were exhausted. We then went for lunch as part of the all-inclusive package. The food was lovely, although there were not many dairy-free options available. I have CMPA and lactose intolerance, and unfortunately this was a pattern throughout our stay.Later that day, when we returned to the room properly, we discovered ants everywhere — both dead and alive. As we were travelling with our 18-month-old daughter, this obviously wasn’t ideal. We phoned reception, but they advised they couldn’t do anything until the morning. The next day, a cleaner came and sprayed insect killer under the door where the ants had made a nest. This worked temporarily, but within a few hours the live ants were carrying the dead ones out and leaving them all over the room again.In the end, we went to a local supermarket ourselves, bought ant traps, and placed them outside the door. Within a few days, the ants were completely gone.The floors also didn’t seem very clean at first — my daughter’s socks were black within 10 minutes of walking around the room — and we had to request for the floors to be mopped. It almost felt like the room had been rushed to be ready for our arrival. Personally, I would have rather waited a little longer for the room to be fully prepared than have to deal with these issues afterwards.Once these problems were sorted, we had no further issues with the room. Other than the points mentioned above, it was great. The bath was really handy for our little one, and there were a decent number of plug sockets around the room. Our balcony view wasn’t the best because we had a ground-floor room, but this didn’t bother us. There was also a drying rack on the balcony, which was very useful for drying swimsuits and towels after using the pools.The children’s pool is brilliant for kids aged around 3+, although I’d say it may be a little too much for younger toddlers. However, there is a second children’s pool on the other side of the hotel which is much better suited for under 3s. The main pool was lovely — a little chilly at first, but as the weather warmed up, so did the pools. The indoor pool was definitely warmer too; not hot, but warm enough to take the chill off.There were plenty of sun loungers available and we never struggled to get one. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the sun.The location is fantastic — only around a 10-minute walk to the seafront where there are lots of bars, restaurants, and shops. There’s also an amazing ice cream place nearby with a great selection of vegan ice cream. Cala Millor is about a 20–30 minute walk away, where you’ll find the beach and even more shops and restaurants. There are also boat trips available, including dolphin experiences, as well as a horse riding centre offering rides for both beginners and experienced riders.During our stay we also hired an iron because my partner’s shirts had become creased. This cost €10 for the day, which was refunded when we returned it to reception.The bar had a great selection of all-inclusive drinks, and the staff were always friendly, polite, and spoke good English. The children’s entertainment programme was amazing and our little one absolutely loved dancing along to the Spanish children’s songs.The adult entertainment, however, was a bit hit or miss. Some nights were great, while others weren’t particularly enjoyable. Entertainment also finished quite early — around 10–11pm — which is earlier than we’ve experienced at other hotels. We assume this may be because the hotel is surrounded by residential areas, but it’s something worth keeping in mind if evening entertainment is important to you.Check-out was very easy, and again the staff were friendly and polite.Overall, this is a really nice hotel with a few downsides, but we would definitely consider coming back. Next time, I think I would email ahead regarding my allergies, as this may help the hotel cater better for dairy-free requirements.   First family holiday

  First family holiday with grandchildren, 6 adults, 2 children, chose this hotel on reviews not stars, not disappointed, reception staff welcoming and friendly although not prepared for the tourist tax (previous holiday that has been include in holiday price).Resort in a lovely green setting, plenty of space and in a great location for Cala Bona and Cala Millor. Three pools with plenty of sunbeds and umbrella's, around pool was clean and plenty of rubbish bins. We only used one pool so not sure about others, think one was more for adults and the other one children, it had a pirate ship.All inclusive, food well presented although like most all inclusive the food is much the same each day. Staff here were amazing, tables cleared promptly, smiling, friendly staff, engaged with the children, always a good morning and goodbye.Self service on drinks.Room was large in a little block with lovely views, bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Cleaning staff also very friendly.We had a good time despite the children and 3 adults coming down with sickness bug, we did need a doctor for the youngest and reception arranged this and taxi for hospital, they also followed up with a phone call.The children enjoyed the evening out door children’s disco and entertainment.Just a few pointsTourist tax No hair dryer but could hire for a returnable €10No pool towelsFree WiFi but not the best and kept kicking you offPoor vegetarian choice if you don’t like fish.Snack bar by pool not included in all inclusiveWalls very thin, could hear our neighbour snore every night 🤣 and people moving around.Poor tv and I know you don’t go on holiday to watch tv but when your stuck in your room with ill children and ill yourself you need something. Music bar closed and when open, no staff, found some of bar staff not very friendly especially when I asked about someone serving in the bar, some evening it was really cold sitting out and also would have been nice to have the option of having a break from children.But on the whole even with days lost to illness (reported to Tui rep) good first family holiday.   Fabulous all inclusive week

  Lovely week at all inclusive resort. Room fabulous with two wardrobes, lovely terrace on high floor with partial sea view. Hotel is very clean and staff work hard to keep it that way -very impressed!Restaurant was fantastic and food very varied, fresh and delicious-again staff very friendly and very attentive at clearing tables. Special thanks to Erica and Julian working in the snack bar at building F. Plenty loungers at pool and not many sunbed horders Pool cool but weather has just started to heat up.
