    The perfect stay!

    We absolutely loved this hotel. Spacious comfortable room (509). Quiet, despite being in the city. Great mattress, lots of storage & super clean everywhere. Pool was lovely as was the rooftop bar. An Aperol at the end of the afternoon up there was bliss! Smart bar area. Service at breakfast was variable, we were there for a week & some days the fruit selections remained pretty empty & bowls etc weren’t always immediately available. Croissants delicious however & a wide choice of foods on offer. Thank you, we will return!     Great hotel with a fantastic location!

    A little hidden Gem! We loved our stay at the hotel, great location just a short walk into the city centre, close to bars & restaurants. We found two supermarkets a street walk away and a gorgeous little Italian called Arte Pizza where the food was tasty and reasonable priced if you didn't want to walk back into the centre. Great breakfast with plenty of choice with cold and hot options. Great addition is the gym/spa area and we loved the roof top area. Reception staff were very helpful with directions and booking taxis to a recommended beach bar in Llletas. (Definitely worth a visit on a hot day) Our only recommendation to the hotel is rooms with no outside space you need to provide more areas/hooks for drying towels/swimming items. Floor to ceiling windows really would benefit from some privacy film on as you have to have the blinds closed constantly unless you wanted the whole block opposite to see straight into your room and toilet.     A very comfortable and pleasant stay in a classy hotel.

    We spent 4 nights at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The hotel is in a great central location and the room was very clean. Everything in the room was thought through. Often there isn't enough hanging space or plug sockets but nothing could be faulted here. They'd thought of everything. The beds were extremely comfy too. The breakfast was perfectly fine...both hot and cold choices and something for everyone. A bonus of the hotel is its heated rooftop pool which we enjoyed using on two evenings. The hotel provides bathrobes, slippers and pool towels. The rooftop bar was only open in the early evening. It would have been good if it had stayed open longer but it may do in the high season. All in all this is a great hotel in a perfect location. Very easy to get the A1 bus from the airport and back too. The bus stop is literally 5 minutes walk from the hotel on the main road. No need to get a taxi.     Excellent hotel with fantastic staff

    I have just returned from another visit. Another great experience. I only have positive remarks. I arrived at the hotel around 0100. After a long journey, I was welcomed to the hotel by Alien. She was very kind and within a few short minutes we had checked in and made our way to the room. We had a room (510) overlooking the street. No traffic noise.Our room was great. A good size. Very comfortable beds, small fridge, great air conditioning. Great shower, shampoo and body wash provided.Housekeeping serviced the room each day. Room was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful. A vast selection of food - cereal, fruit, yoghurt, meat, cheese, rolls, sweet pastries, juices, teas/coffees. There was also a cooked option - eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, beans, tortilla. Crepes were also available.The hotel offers a Menu Del Dia - a three course lunch with a drink for 18.50€ (Monday to Friday) with a slightly higher charge on a Saturday. There is also a snack menu available each day.We were given a voucher for a free drink. We also received a discount card for Cortes Ingles department store. This included a drink and free tapas.Now to the excellent staff. Everyone was polite, friendly and very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They all greeted you when you entered or left the hotel. The staff are a credit to the hotel and the Protur brand.There is a gym, spa and swimming pool on the rooftop together with sun beds.The hotel is in a good location. It is located to the Police Station. A taxi from the airport takes around 15/20 minutes. There is also a bus that stops near the hotel (A1) to the airport.The Cathedral is around 15 minutes walk away and other historic sights. Great shopping.There are supermarkets nearby - Mercadona, Eroski City and Opencor. There’s many restaurants and bars too.I am looking forward to my next visit.     worst hotel service ever

    We are extremly dissapointed with Protur Naisa Hotel. We booked a double room with terrace (22m2). On arrival late at night we were informed that our 3 years old baby cannot stay in the room with us. The hotel policy is that any child over 2 years old is treated as an adult and therefore if you are travelling as a family of 3 you need to book 2 separate rooms or an enormous and expensive suite. This is ridiculous as the baby sleeps with us and does non need any extra equipment or space. Of course we would have paid extra for the baby but forcing us to rent another room late in the evening with a baby who is exhausted after all day of travelling is another level. Worst hotel service ever. I have never encountered anything like that and we do travel a lot. Shame on you. Nevertheless, we would like to kindly explain our position.Your reservation was made for a double room with terrace for 2 adults. At no point during the booking process was it indicated that you would be travelling with a child or baby. According to current regulations, only the guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay in the hotel.In addition, we would like to clarify that, according to our establishment’s policy, children are considered infants only up to 1.99 years of age. This information is clearly stated in our booking terms and conditions, which were accepted at the time of confirming your reservation.Furthermore, all rooms in our hotel are officially registered and approved for a maximum occupancy of 2 persons. Therefore, it is not permitted to accommodate a third guest in the same room, regardless of age. Unfortunately, exceeding this capacity would mean breaching legal regulations, which is something we are not allowed to do.We truly regret the inconvenience caused, especially after your late arrival, but we must ensure compliance with the rules and regulations that govern our operation.Thank you for your understanding.
