Location

This apartment hotel is located right in Sa Coma and is only a stone's throw from a wonderful sandy beach and the sea. There are scores of shops, various restaurants, as well as bars, nightclubs and public transport in the area surrounding the hotel.

The apartment hotel welcomes guests in a 7-storey building with a lift and 236 apartments. The reception desk is open round the clock.     A little gem of a hotel

    We are flying home tomorrow and can honestly say nothing but good things about this hotel. The staff are superb and have made us feel very special. Everything was spotless especially our room. Considering the hotel closes tomorrow for 6 months it feels as if it has just opened. The food is exceptional especially breakfast. The pools are immaculate and the adult only roof top area is very special. As a very fussy person I have absolutely no complaints and will definitely be returning. Thank you for a fantastic break and our bottle of Prosecco left in our room for our anniversary. We will see you all soon.     Second visit to this hotel. The first visit last year was super, it seemed even better this year. The hotel is in a great location, two minutes from the beach. Our room was big with doors to shut off the bedroom. Our cleaner was great, and the hotel was spotless throughout our stay. The restaurant food is excellent. Lots of choice, always something different every day and far exceeds the normal buffet offerings. All the staff are great and do their very best to ensure you have the best possible experience. They also all work incredibly hard.While we were there, a number of disabled people were there. It was so heart-warming to see the how much the staff went out of their way to help them, particularly in the restaurant. Helping them to get their food and ensure they had the best possible experience. It's hard to single any staff member out for particular praise as all were so kind to those less fortunate than us. However, I saw Chon, one of the waitresses, on a few occasion give such a lovely greeting to those guests; just a gentle rub on the forehead. It really was so genuine and uplifting to see.Some of the evening entertainment was unexpectedly good. The comedian from New York 'George' was someone you'd have paid good money to see. And some of the tribute act were very good too.No hotel is perfect. I agree the pool is on the cool side; lovely after a long walk though. And I'm sure there's other things you could fault. For us however it was simply fabulous. If I was the manager or owner of this hotel I would be well-pleased with the guest experience.Thanks everyone for a super stay. We will see you next year; same time.TIPS: There's a washing machine on site - however, please note, despite the signage you DO NOT need to add detergent as this auto-doses detergent and conditioner. The dryer is there too, but we found this did not work well despite two cycles.     Palmeras has done it again our 3rd visit and will be back again next year . Food excellent ,room excellent but without question the staff are the best they make this hotel from Miguel and his staff in the restaurant to Deniz , Brazil and Speedy Gonzalez the fastest waiter in the west in the bar .Thank you all for making it special for us .     This is a brilliant hotel. The staff are great- working so hard to ensure high standards are maintained whilst being friendly and making an effort with the guests. It can be the little things on holiday like the chef making a Mickey Mouse out of pancake for my daughter this morning or reception staff allowing us to use the spare pushchairs for my twins to have an afternoon nap. The food was brilliant- such a variety each and every meal. Always hot and fresh. Curry night, sushi, Mexican to name but a few and the wonderful desserts! Rooms huge and pool area clean. We were very lucky with the weather and when the sun was no longer shining on the pool area- we would just take the one minutes walk to the gorgeous beach for more sun!!! Mini disco was cute for the kids each night and the entertainment was really good including a brilliant ABBA tribute and The Beatles. We walked to one of the sister hotels to walk around the nature park, which the kids enjoyed and the hotel also arranged a taxi for us to go to Dinoland and the Caves. The beds ARE very comfortable the room cleaned daily. Thank you for everything this week- you should be proud of your staff who work tirelessly to ensure a good time is had by all.     We have just returned from a fabulous week at the Protur Palameras Playa . It was such a lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and efficient. The food was some of the best we have had for a long time.The rooms were big , with comfy sofa and armchair. The beds and pillows were the best. The location is a big plus, 5 minutes down the side road, and you're on the most gorgeous soft sandy beach. Shops and bars also on the doorstep. The evening entertainment was great too. There is only one downside, and this is just in our opinion, if you went to bed around 10 pm. You can expect quite a bit of noise from the clientele outside in the entertainment area.
