Location

The hotel is located 600 m from a sandy beach and 2 km from Cala Millor. Accessible from the property: horse riding (300 m), Cafe del Sol (2 km), Cuevas del Drach (7 km), Safari Zoo (3 km) and PMI airport (65 km). The hotel is also within easy reach of shops, bus stops, bars, restaurants, city centre and supermarkets.

Facility

326 rooms are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and 6 auxiliary buildings. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. Guests can learn more about excursions at the tour desk. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 4 lifts. Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests.     Always an amazing holiday!

    I’ve been coming to this hotel for years. Usually with my family but this year on my own. The staff is a credit to the hotel and I was very well looked after. There are too many fabulous staff to mention but I will single out Christina on reception as although busy gave me a couple of minutes of her time. The staff are all so attentive. The director, Marc and assistant director, Magdalena are constantly visible and walking round making sure that everything is as it should be. The breakfast is first rate and as for the dinners, just amazing and I was spoilt for choice every evening. As for the desserts………. Fabulous!! Even the food for children looked scrummy. Some of the evening entertainment wasn’t to my taste but that’s purely personal. The children’s entertainment in the early evening is well worth watching, even as an adult, as the presenter is a bundle of energy. Always looked fun! This hotel is great for both old and young and I can highly recommend it.     We came here for my sons birthday there was 4 adults and we had a great time. The staff are great , the hotel was lovely pools was freezing , rooms was great area was good and food was ok .     Great find in Majorca!

    This is my second ever all inclusive hotel holiday experience and this hotel did not disappoint. On first entry all reception staff are polite and take the time to talk with you. The rooms are lovely, modern and clean and my room came with a full minibar which was included in the AI price. The bathrooms include a seperate shower and bath which was great. The mini bar is restocked and house keeping came to entirely clean the room every day. The shared areas are very clean and well decorated but the staff were where this hotel really shone. All staff speak a minimum of Spanish and English (I even heard multiple communicate in German and French too) and were always kind. In particular Jose Carlos, in the restaurant, made me feel so welcome and took my food allergies and intolerances very seriously and went out of his way every day to make sure I was taken care of to the point a table was set and waiting for me at every meal with my drink of choice (For those also with allergies, I am gluten and dairy free and each food is clearly marked with all allergens and there is the option for the chefs to make pasta, pizza and bread at your request) all the other staff members also would remember my allergies without me even needing to let them know and the ways of making drinks so they were safe. I would absolutely come back to this hotel and would recommend it to families, couples and also solo travellers. As a solo traveller I felt so safe within the complex and in Sa Coma.     We are regular visitors to Protur and, although this is our first visit to Sa Coma Playa, this is probably our 8th visit to Protur in this area, always in April and October. As a single parent travelling with two children, there is no other brand of hotel I would choose in this region. I made the mistake of trying 2 different brands in this resort in 23/24 and it was a mistake! For many years, Protur staff have made sure we are comfortable and very well looked after. The Sa Coma Playa has a certain class and charm about it and, like all in the Protur brand, the staff are its biggest strength. It’s the beginning of the season and therefore fairly quiet, but Protur do not compromise on standards. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, a high standard. The hotel is stylish and well laid out and the indoor pool is great in case that the weather disappoints, although it rarely does. Food is good and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We ask to eat outside, as our preference and, even though it is closed, they kindly oblige. As the only adult with two children, it is very convenient that I can buy a bottle of wine and they refrigerate it so I can come back to it each night until it’s gone. That’s very considerate. The hotel is calm, safe and spotlessly clean. The housekeeping is excellent. We’re half board and food is great. Pool bar is reasonable for quality lunches and staff are brilliant- Jose & Mike, thank you. Restaurant staff, Jose Carlos and all the other lovely people (4 who look after us each night, but I don’t have names). Must also mention the fabulous Christina on reception (a wonderful woman!) and Marc, manager, nothing is too much trouble. We needed help with a couple of things in the room, a safe malfunction (it was my error!) and refill of toiletries, and the staff addressed it in minutes. The maintenance gentleman is lovely and very polite. The activities and sports are great, and another reason we return frequently. Brilliant guy in the Clubhouse. The spa at Biomar is quality and the bikes are excellent for exploring. Newly refurbished courts for Padel, a nice touch. Another thing worth mentioning about Protur is that they constantly refurbish and upgrade the hotels on a cycle, before they become poor. Over the years, I’ve watched this happen in all the hotels. Very good. Overall, another fantastic Protur hotel. A fabulous experience made by a quality hotel and wonderful staff. Still two days to go but thank you for hosting us! To all future visitors, be kind and respectful to the staff because they always work exceptionally hard to make your stay the best it can be.
