Location

This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Port de Sóller. It offers guests good connections to Sóller and Palma, and there is a scheduled boat service which departs to Sa Calobra.     We had a really nice stay! The staff were amazing, with a special thanks to Albert from reception who was especially helpful! The room was amazing with a beautiful view of the beach. A really relaxing stay and we would happily come back

    A Great Hotel

    We have just returned from a week away in Port Soller, we stayed at the Miramar Hotel. The hotel is a family run business, all the staff were amazing and so very friendly. Our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day and the food was very good. The hotel is situated in a great location, beach right in front of the hotel and the lovely Tram Station a few feet away. Great restaurants and shops to browse. Thank you the Miramar Hotel and all your lovely staff for giving us a very memorable week, we will be back.

    I stayed at the hotel once before, in a room with a balcony facing the sea. I thought this room was so fantastic. When I made my reservation this time there were only budget rooms with no sea view left. I wrote that if the possibility occurred, I would love to upgrade to a sea view room. However I didn’t hear anything from the hotel. But when we checked in we had been upgraded to a sea view room with a balcony, at no extra charge! Such a lovely surprise! I was travelling with my daughter, and I was so delighted to be able to share the wonderful view with her. A fantastic hotel, clean, tastefully decorated, and with the most kind, friendly and helpful staff. I will be back for sure!

    We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Miramar. I found all the staff friendly and helpful. Martha especially on reception couldn't have been more welcoming, and helpful. So were others on reception, the people in the bar area and the breakfast area, and the cleaning staff, who were also helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfast - tortilla, cheese, baked tomatoes, nice bread, yoghurt, fruit etc, and also the seating area where we had it. I especially loved the view over the beach, the boats, and the old wooden tram. The hotel was conveniently placed to enjoy the rest of Port de Soller in both directions, and easy to access. It is not the most modern or large hotel, and I didn't look into other hotels, as I really loved the sea and tram views from the precise location of this hotel.

    Avoid not worth the money

    This hotel has only advantage the location. They charged extortionate price to stay for 4 nights but the cost was not justified the room had large patches of mould and the bathroom was hanging on one bracket with the door hanging off, which was a huge hazard in the smallest shower I’ve ever experienced. Pushing it calling the balcony a balcony when all balconies were all connected so was very noisey. The rooms are very basic and small.The staff were very rude and when we ordered drinks the service was so slow it would have been quicker making my own drink. The breakfast was very basic and if your coeliac you would struggle to eat anything as there was only bread to eat. I would not recommend to stay or even just to have a drink. Very disappointing as they have prime location. We would not return to stay here which is a shame as we love Soller. The photos advertising it must be years ago. We’re so disappointed with this place, avoid at all costs.
