  It was a very pleasant hotel. The staff was kind and helpfull. the appartement was clean and in good condition. It smelled of soap when I arrived. The surroundings had all you needed although it was a tourist town, it felt pretty local.Hallgeir.   Highly outdated but location central

  Friendly reception at the reception. The apartment complex is very outdated and the corridors are not illuminated. No air conditioning making it very hot (we knew this in advance but is definitely a big miss). After a heavy rain, the paid wifi stopped working and it is no longer fixed. During the rain the hall was flooded and we could get started with a mop. The location of the complex is great, near the cozy tourist area with shops and nice restaurants and the beach. We will definitely be back in Cala Millor but for us then a different stay.   Great disappointment

  Amazing terrace and view, but unfortunatly that's it with the positive side. The bulding is old, the appartment old and in seriouse need of uppgrade. The bed is terribile with a plaste wrapped mattres.Worst the appartment is infested by ants and cockroach.   The best thing about the hotel is the location, a few meters from the beach.As they are apartments, you can cook and reduce the cost on vacation.The kitchen is very good, with all the necessary utensils. In addition, they give you a cleaning kit (sponge, detergent and cloth). The rooms are good and have a closet. They also have a standing fan. The bathroom is spacious and there is a terrace with sea views.The double bed is made up of 2 single beds together.Excellent service from the staff, always attentive to everything.I would like to highlight the help of Raimary and Magdalena who were always attentive and very kindly resolved a situation with the room that we had been given. They gave us another better one and other assistance.Thank you so much !!   The good – cleaning staffThe bad – everything elseHorrible, HORRIBLE beds. The mattresses are 30cm thick polyurethane foam and very old. If you enjoy sleeping in a pool of your own sweat (due to 30C degree heat at night), then this is the place for you.No air condition – during this summer’s heat of 30+ C it was very difficult to sleep. Only the salon has a ceiling fan, otherwise the only relief are noisy desktop fans. Extremely basic kitchen area. No washing fluid, brush or sponges provided. Fridge was small and battered up and could just bearly keep up with the heat inside the flat. Inside door shelves were long gone.WiFi was charged extra. Who does this in 2022? And the charge is 6€ per device per week. So if you are a family of 3-4 people with 1 device each, you pay 24€ for a very poor and unstable internet connection. And 4G in the area is also very, very bad. So don’t think that 4G will save you. Maybe that is why this place charges for internet: they know that guests nearly don’t have a choice.no swimming pool despite pictures on booking.com at time of reservation in early February.You think the location is great? Well, it could be, but with open windows (remember, no air-con) the noise from party-goers, cars, loud offroad motorcycles and garbage trucks anytime between 1 and 6 a.m. will keep you awake or wake you up if you managed to fall asleep.Only 1 small lift/elevator for an 8 story building. The cleaning staff also use this lift, so be prepared to use the steps.The buildings are old and need a renovation. Only nice thing with the flat was the renovated bathroom, but it could simply not make up for all the other negatives.No, we did not do our homework and paid the price. Lesson learned. Don’t make the same mistake. Carefully read about all the facilities and services included / not-included so that you avoid disappointment. Its worth paying a bit extra for a better experience.
