  I came to this hotel last August & it was ok, didn’t really speak to the staff much , just kept myself to myself , so decided to return this year with friends. First of all if your English , don’t bother going here , we was made to feel so uncomfortable by staff and other guests looking down there nose at us, the restaurant staff, pool bar staff and most of the receptionists just wasn’t interested in anything we asked about etc. There was one lovely receptionist , didn’t catch her name but she was super lovely and helped us a lot with excursion info and advising us what to do etc. I think the maids are the kindest staff in this hotel! It’s not child friendly at all, barely any other children here outside of our group and it seemed everyone in the pool was moaning an complaining about our children jumping in the pool ( I asked the lifeguard if they was allowed to do this and she said yes it’s fine) so we let them continue, but even the children felt uncomfortable to have fun because of people looking at them and giving dirty looks ! I did say something to them but they couldn’t understand me so we left it at that . We was without water on 2 separate occasions whilst trying to shower which also meant no drinks in the restaurant . When we went to ask at reception , they just shrugged us off and said 1 hour . If there fed up of people asking maybe put a notice up to make us aware! We spoke with a couple of other guests who also said the same things and would not be returning again! The room I had last year was a bit more updated , this year the room was very old fashioned , small & claustrophobic.After this visit I will not be returning which is a shame as the location is fantastic but needs some work to its customer service ( to English) and rooms !   Great hotel with delicious food

  Very nice hotel right next to the beach front. Really delicious food and very kind stuff. We had a great time in this hotel and we would definitely come back. There are two promenades - beach promenade and city promenade with a lot of shops, restaurants and attractions for childern.   The hotel is in a great location and most of the staff are very good. The breakfast was Very good with a good selection and we only had one poor meal of an evening when the chicken skewers were raw. The bar prices were reasonable with a good selection. The cleaners were excellent.There is a large building site by the hotel and we where awoken before 8 most days until the childrens girls football teams arrived and we could only dream of the days when we were woken up by the building site. There were many elderly people with walking difficulties at this hotel yet they just turned a blind to the childrens football teams running up and down corridors, slamming doors at all hours, kicking football around reception, running around the pool and jumping in and out. They very nearly knocked several elderly people over. The people who were supposed to be supervising and the pool attendant/reception just let them do whatever they want with absolutely no regard for anyone else staying at the hotel.On the last day we had a late flight and the only place they would let us get changed was a hut by the pool which was full of cushions and totally unacceptable.   Good and Poor points

  Room very dated. Not as shown on website. Sadly lots of youngsters there for a sports tournament shouting screaming running down corridors until midnight. Bar closed at 11pm for residents. Great location and staff all friendly and helpful.
