  Good hotel in a great location.

  We arrived at the hotel around an hour early (official check-in is 3 pm). I’d already been in contact though WhatsApp asking for our ETA. Fortunately the room was ready on our early arrival and used the self check in machine, within minutes we had the keys.The room was on the first floor and was spacious with a large bathroom and good powerful shower.It was in a great location, with bars and restaurants close by, and it was ideal for us for a one night stay before going back to the airport.We booked an Uber from the hotel to the airport which cost €20.

  Good value for city centre accommodation.

  Definitely geared up for people who are out and about, and just looking for somewhere to have a comfortable night's sleep.Rooms are well equipped, comfortable and clean.Situated close to the transport terminus, it is an ideal base from which to explore to island. The airport bus stop is a few minutes away, which is also extremely useful.Casa Gallega is a couple of minutes walk away - try their amazing "Menu Especial".

  Really not a good place to stay

  I stayed at this hotel in april/ may 2022. It's a system hotel where you check yourself in without human intervention. The check-in system didn't recognize our reservation no. When I rang the helpline you're waltzed through a very rapid speaking Spanish menu, with the odd English word thrown in (that's fine - this is Spain, but please speak slowly!) If you choose the right option, you'll be told "everyone's very busy" and you're then cut off.The second time we checked in, the machine had really given up the ghost and a lady came along to help by doing a "ctrl-alt-del" on the machine.We also saw another guest being instructed via the telephone on how to open a mysterious adjoining door and retrieve her key!!!All in all not a good place to be after a long journey to Palma

  Fine albeit with hiccups at Check-In

  Great location, room small but well-lit and the coffee/tea facilities were appreciated; also, they offer lockers onsite where you can self-store your bag for a few hours before check-in or after check-out, which was a real plus. View out window was a dingy courtyard and there were people there my first day so I kept the curtain mostly closed. Room was small but well-lit, heating worked very well and the cleaner was helpful and friendly, Only hiccups - the toilet has a drip, which sounds annoying over time, and the automatic unstaffed check-in malfunctioned at my arrival. I completed the process, it took payment, then refused to give me a key, and I had to phone the numbers given several times before anyone answered, and then send them a screen cap from my bank to prove I had paid, before being given my key. I would probably stay here again, but there is some room for improvement.

  black mold on walls and unprofessional staff

  We arrived at the hotel on 26 November at the agreed time for check in 15:00. They made us wait 20 minutes outside because the room was not clean yet. Once inside the room we realised very quickly and clearly that our room (104), a side dungeon, had nothing to do with the photograph they show. Strong dump smell and black mold on the wall and around the windows. unclean bathroom, toilet paper on the floor. I am loading pictures we took. We asked for another room, they said there wasn't any other. We went out to eat some food and got a call from Booking saying Regina hotel cancelled our booking after charging our credit card, and we needed to find another hotel last minute. Since then we are still trying to get our money back, as Regina hotel has not yet refund my card, nor @Booking is taking responsibility for it. This place is on top of a pub, 1st floor, all room are on top of a pub, management is unprofessional, and practices are like the old far west. I would never stay at this hotel even if it was the last place on heart after the unpleasant experience..
