  A beautiful clean hotel in great location 👏 rooms were spotless and bed was so comfy.The breakfast was average and on our first morning we just walked in no member of staff showed us anything.Lots of negatives unfortunately as rooms were paper thin and road in front of sea view was noisy especially with delivery vans first thing in the morning 🙈 The only members of staff that were any way friendly were reception.Hotel offers late check out which was said to us on arrival but when we went to desk to arrange it we were told room was needed so I honestly believe this is not an option for any guest 🤔The bar at pool is extremely slow and again staff not at all friendly.The towels are deposit based 10e and refunded when you are checking out the same as most top hotels except if you want clean towels there is a euro charge 🤔 not something we have come across before. We would definitely not return again to stay in this hotel it is not worth the money.We will return however to Palma Nova it is a beautiful spot.

  Fantastic Adults Only 4* Stay 💖

  WOW….. AMAZINGHotel totally worthy of 4*. Cleaning staff amazing, reception staff amazing, bar staff, kitchen staff amazing. Location spot on - access to the bars and restaurants through a secure gate at bottom of stairs. Walk into magaluf about 20 mins, however we stayed in Palma Nova on a night. €40 in taxi from Palma Airport.We were bed and breakfast… 5* breakfast, fresh breads, meats and cheese, fruit selection, freshly made omelets with your preferred additional ingredients, pancakes, eggs as your like to order. Honestly best breakfast choice and quality we have had. Breakfast staff on top of cleaning down too. Pool freezing, but was great for a quick dip to cool down. Enough beds for us. Swim up rooms look amazing, but not the ones on poolside view as no privacy. Also they don’t have umbrella’s to get shade. Only ate twice in hotel outside of breakfast. - not the best but did what it needed too. Would be great if pizzas were made fresh. Roof top pool…. Deffo worth the €20 pp. plunge pool so warmer as not as deep as main pools, luxury feel and amazing views. (Great for the girls wanting to post on social media). You order your drinks/food via a phone in the bar area, which isn’t manned. So don’t expect a quick service as they have to make them and bring them up to you… they will serve to sunlounger as you pay with card, so they bring the machine with them. We inadvertently booked the comfort room… which I wouldn’t recommend.. no view, concrete prison like balcony and the bathroom was seperate from bedroom but not by a solid wall.. so no privacy, which would be a problem if staying with someone you weren’t really close too. However other rooms looked amazing. We did ask for an upgrade but the cost wasn’t worth it. Didn’t spoil our time there because everything else was amazing. On house glass of pink fizz was a nice touch when we arrived (drinks voucher). Frozen strawberry daiquiris were fab.Honestly we couldn’t fault this hotel and if returning to Palma nova would stay in this hotel but with a pool or sea view room.Wanted to add some videos but can only add photos. Shame S you could have seen the views from the roof top bar and what it looks like by the main pool. Thanks for a lovely 5 night stay. Xx

  Just returned after 4 nights half board with a friend. Requested twin comfort room. 1st room given was ground floor facing a wall and staircase so we refused that. They said all twin rooms are ground floor so I asked for a double. We were then given a 4th floor room with two single beds pushed together facing the road, so thats a twin to me.Food was rubbish, not many choices at all and certainly didnt look like any of photos on hotel site. I had a freshly cooked omelette at breakfast but they had watered down the egg mixture with something so that wasn't good. Evening meal I had paella, it was awful only 3 prawns in the entire pan and very dry rice. We ate there 2 nights then ate out 2 nights. Pool area quite nice but not 7 pools as stated on site. They are including some water areas where sunbeds are located calf deep so not a pool. Not the hotel's fault but this is a hotel that gets hen/stag parties so that wasn't great round the pool or when they rolled in early hours making a noise. Walls are very thin aswell so you can hear others.   Swim-up room & staff were top class

  Stayed at Reverence Mare for a week and honestly had a great experience overall. We booked a swim-up room in the main building and it was fantastic — definitely worth it if you’re considering upgrading. The pool access made the whole holiday feel extra relaxing.One thing to note is that the bathroom setup in the room might feel a bit odd if you’re travelling with someone who isn’t your partner, as there’s very little privacy and no proper bathroom door.The staff throughout the hotel were brilliant. We kept seeing the same faces morning and evening and genuinely started wondering if they ever get a day off 😂 Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful the entire stay. They were really good!We also found the food to be great value for money at both breakfast and dinner. Plenty of choice and everything was fresh and tasty; something for every taste.Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. Beach access is deadly and everything around Palmanova is within easy walking distance.I’d also definitely recommend booking directly through the hotel website instead of a third party. We joined their loyalty club and got discounts on food and drinks, plus little treats left in the room which was a really nice touch.The only downside for us was that late checkout wasn’t available (understandably so, the hotel was busy). Since our flight wasn’t until 9pm, we ended up booking an extra night in a different room type just so we could stay until around 6pm before heading to the airport. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.   Good but could be better

  Great location, beds comfortable, shower brilliant but a bit odd as where u can hang clothes is part of the bathroom but odd of u ask me, hired mobility scooters which could not be charged inside only outside which isn’t under cover so if it’s raining you can’t charge so that’s a let down , other hotels I’ve stayed in let you charge mobility scooters inside for safety reasons if outside and it rains then they could blow up overall not good, if in a wheelchair I think you’d struggle in and out if the lifts as there rather tiny , hot breakfast was cold so avoided this the rest of the trip and choose crossaints of fruit with yoghurt Estefanía Martín González, Atención al cliente/recepción at Reverence Mare, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us.We are pleased to know that you enjoyed our location, the comfort of the beds, and the shower facilities during your stay.At the same time, we are truly sorry to hear about your experience regarding the charging area for mobility scooters.
