Location

This stylish hotel is located in the centre of Playa de Palma on the side road just 200 m from the nearest sandy beach. Shopping areas with boutiques, bars and restaurants are to be found in the surrounding area and links to the public transport are to be found directly in front of the hotel.

The hotel has 370 rooms, including 21 single rooms and 174 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts.     Bad behaviour of other guests

    DO NOT book this hotel if you’re travelling with your family - specifically if you have a baby or a toddler, like me. This hotel seems to only accommodate youngsters with bad behaviour and zero respect for whoever else is around. I had to go to the reception to make a complaint every single day of my stay. Staff is very friendly otherwise.

    The hotel is old but very clean and comfortable. The half bord vas very good and the food was always fresh. The breakfast is till 12 that means you can sleep mor 😜. The area is safe. The pool is great. Everything was perfect. I definitely go back here with my children.

    Very good hotel located very close to the beach and local shops and restaurants. Good size rooms. Although at times was noisy as lots of young groups staying out till late, it did not affect our stay. Staff are very nice and friendly! Food is excellent - deserves 10 stars by itself! Worth the money! We definitely will be back!

    The hotel itself was good, great location with very clean rooms. We hired beach towels at €3 and payed for a late room at € 40 staff were friendly too.The breakfast and evening meal were very good with plenty of choice. The real problem with the hotel were lots of loud drunk young people ( mostly German) so from 1-3 am it’s very loud with lots of door slamming and shouting.Pool area was a no go due to loud drunk people which was a shame.

    Hotel Riutort El Arenal better avoid

    Hotel in El Arenal. Well placed not far from the see and means of transport. Nice rooms, very good breakfast and dinner. Verr friendly staff. Unfortunately a lot of young germans extremely noisy, till late in the night, making it i possible to sleep, very impolite even at breakfast and dinner. No action take by the hotel staff. Linen not changed for 7 days. Big, black beattle found un the bathroom. Swimminng pool impossinble to use tie to the presence and attitude of young germans.
