Location

The holiday complex draws in guests with its wonderful location directly beside the sea and offers stunning panoramic views over the bay of Palma de Mallorca. The beach is only steps away, reached through an adjoining park area. Bathing in the sea is possible slightly further away, also in front of the complex down a flight of steps. The inviting complex is located just 7 km from Palma, which offers numerous shopping and entertainment venues. Public transport departs from a stop approximately 150 m from the apartment complex.

Facility

124 rooms and 72 apartments are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by 6 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee).     Currently staying here now in room 212 in a superior seaview room with balcony ( very helpful staff member at reception put me here at no extra charge)Staying on a BnB basis, breakfast is amazing and so much choice.Lots of sunbeds around the 2 pools , towels provided, great views of the bay of Palma.Housekeeping excellent and spotless.Bus stop right outside hotel to Palma which I will go to later.Great hotel and staff.     Wow… everything was amazing. From the second you walk in and are greeted by Josu, linda and Leo. From them helping you out with your luggage to Francisco from the pool helping you set up your chairs. I got upgraded as well to a room with a direct ocean view. Every person had a smile on their face and was ready to help. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be back!     We stayed here in a 2 bedroom apartment which is a good size with large balcony overlooking sea. The beds are comfortable and it’s nice and quiet. We have stayed here a few times and love it. Hotel has so much character it’s not a concrete block it’s a place with lovely grounds an do a view to die for! The breakfasts are delicious and eating outside overlooking the sea is a wonderful way to start your day. We had half board and food good and you can eat inside or out. The staff are all great, But special thanks go to Mery for her kindness and smiley face and excellent service.     Lovely hotel, definitely recommend

    Spent one week here over Easter with family (3 children). Had family suite overlooking sea with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, and a sofa bed in main room. All comfortable beds. Large balcony with lovely view. Hotel and room spotlessly clean. Communal areas felt spacious with different areas with sun beds and terraces. Outside pool cold at Easter but imagine would be lovely in summer. Used the heated indoor pool lots with children though. Also used small gym area and spa with sauna and steam room.Food in restaurant is excellent. Had buffet breakfast and evening meal. Lots of choices and everything very fresh. Lovely and varied salads, cheese and desserts. Options that appealed to children (freshly cooked pasta etc) but also different meats and fish cooked freshly and excellent quality.Close to local beach which is sheltered and good for swimming. Number 4 bus leaves just outside hotel and is frequent, cheap and goes into Palma.Would recommend this hotel for a relaxed stay close to Palma.
