Location

The hotel complex lies right in the centre of Cala d'Or. Cala Gran bay is around 150 m away and only one street away from the hotel. There are various shops, bars, restaurants and public transport located in the surrounding area.

Facility

The hotel has 15 single rooms and 140 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden.     Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Clean and comfortable throughout. Plenty of sunloungers around the pool. We don't stay around the pool all day, usually come back mid afternoon and were able to find a couple of beds. Finding one in a shady spot is difficult though. All staff seemed to be friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast. If we come back to Cala d'or we would definitely stay here again.

    I went with a friend for 4 nights . The hotel is really nice . Staff cleanliness location all excellent . Breakfast really good . Possibly evening meal could sometimes be a bit hotter . We were half board and would have liked to be able to swap and have lunch one day instead of evening meal but this wasn’t an option . Very impressed with outdoor entertainment, Freddy Mercury and Jackson 5 tributes . Thank you for a lovely stay will definitely come again

    Vastly over rated and over hyped Hotel. Large numbers of people write rave reviews on Facebook and other online platforms which are misleading, untrue, and grossly exaggerated and blatantly not factually correct.The rooms in this Hotel are very small no where put your suitcases and very cramped, the blaconey is lovely if you like sitting looking at a white washed wall which when sitting in the tiny space, you cannot see over.The entertainment at the pool is pathetic, packed and overcrowded pool area and sunbed area.Sun beds are booked from 7am.Breakfast is good, lunch is good on the terrace, dinner is hit and miss and is very school dinner is to say the least as is breakfast, large numbers of people all attempting to get food all at the same time, very school diner orientated and not good at all.Lunch is good on the terrace and served at your table.Large numbers of people write absolute overrated rubbish about the Sentido Fido Tucan on online platforms which are completely NOT TRUE and are completely misleadingly and false and untrue.The pool itself also gets very crowded, packed and uncomfortable with large amounts of people. Believe all the online hype and lies written if you like but it is an average Hotel at best, overcrowded, vastly overrated, overhyped and grossly overrated online by large numbers of deluded people who for some reason are completely carried away with how good this Hotel actually is.All round not a good experience would never return to this Hotel, not a great expectations at all.Believe the demented online reviews if you want or see past all the grossly overrated ratings posted online investigate the truth behind the lies posted which are absolute rubbish, and NOT TRUE.OVERRATED AND OVERHYPED.

    Lovely hotel. Staff really friendly. The place is spotless. The pool area is excellent. The rooms have everything you need. The breakfast is brilliant. Its literally 200m from the beach and also close to the nearby restaurants We will definitely be back.
