Location

The luxus hotel was built in the style of a Spanish country manor and is to be found amidst luscious gardens as well as the traditional golf course Son Vida. It is 10 km from the splendid sandy beach of Palma Nova. The centre of Palma de Mallorca is 5 km away. Links to the public transport network lie in front of the hotel. The airport is roughly 15 km away.

Facility

22 junior suites, 25 single rooms and 45 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     We had a very warm welcome from the reception staff on arrival and throughout our stay all of the staff were friendly, helpful, courteous and happy. Our room was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. The food in both restaurants at the hotel was to a high standard with more than enough choice on both menus.Well done to all the team members. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

    Great for Golf, but Service and Rooms Need Work

    I stayed at Sheraton Mallorca primarily for the golf, and for that purpose it’s excellent—beautiful course and easy access for players. The property is quite far from the beaches if you don’t have a car, which wasn’t an issue for me but could be for others.As a Titanium member who checks into many Marriott properties, I found the check-in process below standard. The staff were friendly but clearly new and not well trained, and English should be spoken more comprehensively at a five-star resort.The guest rooms themselves also feel dated: showers and toilets could use renovation, and overall the hotel has more of a four-star, even three-star, feel despite the Sheraton name.Great choice for golfers, but there’s room for improvement in service training and room updates.

    We had a fantastic stay at Sheraton Mallorca! Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, super friendly and professional staff, and a great pool up to 2.5m deep. The hotel is located in the prestigious Son Vida district, just a short drive from Palma. Perfect peaceful oasis after exploring the island, yet only 8–10 minutes from the city’s nightlife.Last year we stayed at the neighboring Castillo Hotel Son Vida, also a Marriott property. It was beautiful, but we feel Sheraton Mallorca suits us better for a more casual, family-friendly and relaxed holiday.Highly recommend – we’ll definitely be back!
