    We've stayed here before many years ago and expected the hotel would have been upgraded by now but, as far as our room was concerned, sadly not.POSITIVES:Absolutely all the staff we encountered were lovely, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable so a big thanks to them all.The location is brilliant, right on Pine Walk and hence very quiet at the front and to be honest really quiet overnight even overlooking the road at the back.Spotlessly clean everywhere.Good breakfast (cooked or buffet) served very quickly and never a problem getting a table around 9am.Plenty of storage space in our room and beds reasonably comfortable..NEGATIVES:Our room (202 on 2nd floor overlooking street) was very tired as was the corridor leading to it. Superficially clean but stained sealant around bath and tired decor.Over bath shower with mixer tap not really suitable for anyone with mobility issues as not even a grab handle to help get in and out of bath.Shower OK AS LONG as you remembered not to flush the loo for 5 mins before you shower otherwise no cold water.Fridge was very noisy and often we switched it off at night.Towels must be smallest and thinnest available but at least they were changed whenever we wanted.Fold up chairs provided to carry yourself onto sun deck or beach which no longer has any sunbeds (due to local regs).2 months prior to arrival I e-mailed the hotel to ask if they had a sea view upgrade available, despite getting an acknowledgement I never did receive a reply. Pity as I believe these rooms are a far better quality. The sealant around the bath was actually new (normal winter maintenance) and very white and bright, perhaps you've spotted the remnants of the previous sealant underneath. We can assure you it's all very clean, but will try some different specialist cleaning products to see if we can improve things. The Manager went to listen to the fridge, and found it to be on a par with all other fridges, nothing out of the ordinary, but we understand that light sleepers may prefer it off at night. The shower/loo thing WAS an issue - you're so right. Upon inspection, a little pressure valve was not working correctly so, thanks to your highlighting of the issue, we have probably prevented a bigger issue/leak. Please, if you spot anything like this in the future, do report it to reception so it can be dealt with straight away, and you can have the shower and flush you deserve. I checked with reception and it wasn't reported by yourselves, please please do so in the future (in any hotel!).Moving on to the positives, it's always a joy to hear praise for the staff, they work hard, and enjoy looking after the guests, and it's so nice for this to be recognised. Also, we're with you on the location, such a treat to be by the sea, and with a pedestrianised promenade there is no traffic or unwelcome noise. Glad you enjoyed breakfast, hot and cold, and that you generally found the Hotel to be spotless.You're most kind to have taken the time to share your comprehensive feedback and we wish you all the best.

    We have visited Puerto Pollensa many times, but this was our first time at Sis Pinns hotel and it won't be our last. We had a sea facing room, with terrace, which we loved, the views across the bay were gorgeous. We loved the rest of the hotel being traditionally Spanish and stylish. If you prefer a modern chain hotel it may not be for you. Breakfast was taken outside on the front terrace and offered all you could want, without being excessive. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient and appeared to take great pride in the hotel and did all to ensure that their guests had a great stay.     Fantastic location. Friendly staff go above and beyond to make you welcome. Allocated room looking out to sea, with bottle of fizz awaiting ourarrival to celebrate our anniversary, just made it perfect.We’ve already booked a return trip.     We stayed at the hotel while we were on a walking holiday. The reception was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The hotel is spotlessly clean. We had breakfast outside and, watched the sun rise. There was a good variety for breakfast both cold buffet and cooked to order hot food. The hotel had a coffee house/ bar attached to it. It was bright, comfortable, well stocked and, had very pleasant helpful staff. Lovely to sit and relax at any time. The hotel is situated in a lovely spot, just across the walkway is the beach.
